Have you checked the projected crowd level on Touring Plans or Kenny the Pirate's sites? I seem to recall it wasn't actually too bad compared to other Disney "holidays"...but the week after will be much lower crowd levels. Personally I'd go with your plan...take an easy day, maybe go to a park at night for one of the shows and some rides, then hit the parks harder later in the week. The only thing that may cause increased crowds is that Rosh Hashanah is Sept 9-11 so there may be more people visiting than normal.

I have Character Locator and it says "moderate" crowds. I'm thinking we will be glad to sleep a bit and it's the best day for us to have 1900 Park Fare breakfast.

We'll be out of there 9/8.

I am traveling 9/15 - 9/22 with at party of 11 (3 toddlers) and trying to get a better time for our Ohana ressie .. We have it on arrival day at 3:55 as it was that or 9:40pm but our flight isn't arriving till 1:22... We booked Ohana before the airfare so I really hope something works out. I'd hate to give it up

Has anyone been in the parks ON Labor Day before? I'm thinking of making this our easy day of sleeping in and swimming and just doing a few MK FPs. I'd rather go hard in the parks later in the week when the crowds are SUPPOSED to be "light."

Just wondering if this is a good plan. It helps break up the 5 early mornings we have scheduled.

Cali Grill is my FAVORITE! We love it so much we're going twice during our September trip...once for the brunch, and once for dinner. I've never done the brunch before but seems like it'll be perfect for our MNSSHP day.

Also, I had a 3 hour self defense class this morning, then went prom dress shopping with my daughter. That took hours, too. We found one, though!!

You know now that you mention it ADR were pretty easy to get and modify heck Ive been modifying mine constantly... I got everything I wanted at the times I wanted too
Homecoming, Via Napoli, CG Brunch, Biergarten, Sci Fi, Cape may, yak and yeti, Boma (breakfast) Ohana (dinner) Skipper Canteen, LTT, Rose and Crown and Trails End Brunch...

Man I hope FD drops today! I cant use it but part of my family can!

Welcome! I don't think you can change your name, but you could create a new account with the name you want to use. Better to do it now when you are still new then when you have been around a while.

As others have said I would definitely go ahead and start a new account to get the name you want now. Then come back and tell us who you are
