Sara is no where on the same level of dance as Willa. She had to have known that seh was going to file for divorce while she was on the show. She should have eliminated herself and saved the heart break to Willa, Max and the rest of the fans.

How would that have saved Willa? Seriously, just wondering why people think, or how people know, that her quitting early would have stopped this week's elimination? And why do people think next week won't be an elimination week?

If it's just TV related, i.e. length of series, I think they'll stick a re-run in one week, and throw us all off. Just my VERY HUMBLE opinion.

I feel bad for Sara and her children.

My dh & I have been discussing this and we both think Sara didn't announce she was quitting the show earlier so she didn't tip her husband off. If she quit before she filed for divorce, he would have known something was up. Maybe she needed the time to get all of her evidence in order? Just a thought...

I just finished watching...Jerry was asking to go home. I don't think he really has his heart in it anymore. We also felt that Monique should have gotten higher scores than she did.

i'm sorry....but i don't like Emmit Smith. you know what, wait i'm not sorry. i don't like him. i don't think he can dance at all. he can skip around the dance floor because that's basically all you do in football anyway.

Mario is good. but Mario........you are NOT Michael Jackson.......don't even bother trying lol. his partner annoys me.

i really like Joey i think he will make it far. and i had to give all of my votes to him because he danced to a song that my favorite Idol Contestant sang last season!! *sigh* Ace!! and i thought it was a really good dance. and Carrie Anne is just annoying too. "i didn't like the begining at all"........well no one ASKED you if you liked the begining did they? lol.

i think Monique is good too. although, this week i didn't really like her dance, but i like her personality and that she's really willing to give it her all.

i think it'll come down to Monique and Joey. but hey......who knows (i only predicted who would be the final two AND which one would win, in last season's American Idol, but hey......stuff happens!).

His 'props' as you say, were his prop (the cape). He is tired and WANTS to leave, imo.

Hey, Kim, I could have just about written your exact post! Why does everyone think Joey is so good? He was just kind of standing there, and his partner (half-naked) was twirling all around him, imho! I really like Mario. Monique was good, but that pink flamingo outfit was distracting to me! Emmett was looking like he was having a great time, with such a pleasant smile! Jerry, Jerry, Jerry...it's past time for you to go home, honey! If it's anyone else voted off today, I will be beyond shocked!

I think Jerry's fans are cruel in keeping him there. That dance was truly horrible, it was more of a joke. I can't believe the judges gave him the scores that they did. He really wants to go home, and his fans should let him.

Mario was awesome as always, Joey was pretty good, that rhumba was very hot! (and so was Edyta's costume!) I thought Monique really gave it her all last night. She may be trying harder than anyone else and really deserves to stay. If Jerry stays again, it will be a travesty.

Monique was much better than her scores IMO. Her 'solo' was about 10 sec at most.

Ummm....how can you even ask this question ~ did you not see the show last night or have read anything in the past few days about what Sara is going through?? Shanna was voted off the show weeks ago and the magnitude of personal travesty that Sara has just encountered does not even come close to *pretty much going thru the same thing*.

I agree that it is time for Jerry to go. I think he is ready to go home.

I am afraid that Joey is losing some of his edge. Or maybe it was just the song/dance last night and 'slow' just isn't his thing? I just didn't care too much for his routine.

Monique is another one I typically really enjoy but last night didn't work for me. I feel like she is going to hurt herself when she starts 'krumping' and then she seemed very stiff when she was doing the ballroom moves.

I enjoyed Emmitt. He still makes me smile. Mario continues to HEAT up the room! Wow!
Last night's show just wasn't very enjoyable to me... Of course, it could have been that I had just finished watching the awesome Cardinals game! WOO!!

Background: DH used to be a competitive ballroom dancer before I met him and *I* have two left feet. It's been a bone of contention for years. Anyway, we're enjoying watching the show and DH has explained lots of things to me.

Mario is our favorite hands-down. DH thinks he's the best "non-professional" dancer he's seen and I love him because his athleticism and dancing style remind me so much of my all-time favorite song and dance man, Gene Kelly.
