Hey everyone!! We will be at BLT, Oct. 21-25!! I'm so excited It will be me, DH, DD14, DS, DDIL, DGS2 and DS21. The main reason for going is our 15th anniversary, but it will also be our DGS2 first trip.

Any info on going in October would be welcome!! Thanks!!

to our group! That sounds like such a fun trip! This may sound crazy, especially since my own boys are only 3 and 5, but I'm SUPER excited for when my DH and I can take our grandkids to WDW. I hope you have an amazing vacation!

Hoping to change my ticker soon to show an October trip over my kids school break... fingers crossed that we can settle on dates before or after the 17th!

Cannot wait for MNSSHP and Hallowishes and Food&Wine!

Anyone know if they offer free dining or pacakges typically in Mid-October? I think the TAs honor the better deals if they come up after you book. Not sure if Disney does when you book directly through them.

to our group! I will add you to the first post once you have your dates. You are certainly more than welcome to hang out with us until you find those out! In the past, yes, they have offered some good discounts such as free dining.

I *strongly* suggest booking through a Disney TA. They will get you the best deal even after you book if a new discount comes out. Directly with Disney will not. If you need any recommendations for a TA, I have a few awesome ones. You can just PM me.

I've been stalking the forums since I booked last week, I suppose I should say hi . We have our first resort trip planned 09/28-10/06 at POFQ. I am beyond obsessed. We went 5 years ago during Christmas with a newborn staying off the resort. It was both magical and horrible! We are looking forward to older kids and less busy. Also staying at the parks and dining plan...did I mention obsessed? I cannot wait for ADRs to open!

I have not made our deposit yet and it's killing me. LOL I am pretty sure my parents are going but b/c mom is in the middle of basketball homecomming she can't think about anything else till towards the end of Feb then I can talk to them and try to make solid plans and book rooms.

We just booked our third trip to WDW, for 10/19 - 10/26 at POR. We are hoping something will open up at CSR but right now all their standard rooms are booked for that week.

Not sure but we have narrowed it down and it seems to be 10/23 is the only day not available. So hopefully, a group has some rooms blocked off and they will open up or someone else will change their resort! My wife was deciding between there and CBR but decided on CSR. Then when it was booked for some reason she didn't want CBR at all and we booked at POR. But I have a feeling we will either be at CSR or CBR in the end. Because once DD2 turns 3 we will more than likely be at POR for our next trip since they have rooms that sleep 5!

We are going in Oct. too!!!!! We went last Oct. an enjoyed the weather and found the crowds to be moderate to low. We went to food an wine and enjoyed that. Now to decide on the dates. We also plan to rent points! We are looking at a split stay at BLT and BC! Tentatively Oct. 26 Nov. 6. We plan to celebrate our 25 th anniversary there, our date is July 16 but we plan to pay it off by then! My group included me, DH, DD 20 and DS 14. Possibly DD 25 and her BF. So, that's us
