We leave in 6 days (Monday). My DD's strep culture came back positive and we had my younger one tested today bc she now has a fever. Dr says she expects the culture to be positive too, esp bc her sisters rapid was negative, but culture positive. Luckily neither is very sick. Praying I don't get it bc I get really sick with strep. But we have until Monday to get healthy. Hope your DD feels better soon! At least she will have the antibiotics in her system which will hopefully help her from catching some other bug down there.

OH NO!!! You're going to need LOTS of good luck! (And lots of patience... and Mickey Mouse ice cream!!)

We are 10 days from leaving for WDW and my son says this morning I think I am getting sick great timing. Seems like something is going around again

I'm just wondering - has anyone that has already been there and back or is currently at WDW experienced any pixie dust? You know, surprise upgrades on rooms or been the family of the day? Stuff like that?

We leave in 14 days this was a very quickly planed trip it was just a hare brained scheme in end of April that I was able to make work. This is the longest break in visting in 36 years we have been together 10 years we used to go every 3 years then family health issues in fact the last time I was there I was in an electric wheelchair I'm walking now hope I can make it with out renting a ecv We will be there the week of the 24 hour day

What I don't understand is why stuff like this ALWAYS seems to happen just before or during a vacation...what gives?!?!?!? On DS's first trip to WDW in 2009 he got the stomach bug and passed it to everyone by the time we were done. Then we got home and the father-in-law (who likely got it from me) gave it to the grandparents who in turn gave it to the brother-in-law. I just don't understand it.

This is will be our first couples trip, celebrating our 26th anniversary on Thursday

Tomorrow night we will be at Downtown Disney for dinner after taking the boat ride from POFQ-so excited!!!

We will be doing the same thing from POR on Saturday night!!

Happy Anniversary - we are celebrating our 3rd anniversary on this trip.

We at AKL , so far, had a button pinning ceremony for our anniversary when we checked in, and free dessert, complete with singing at Via Napoli!
