Hi March goers!! I'm late to the party!! I am booked for a 1 bedroom at Saratoga Springs for the week of March 20th. We will be celebrating my husband's 54th birthday. I've got an annual pass because I was already there in January. We haven't even gotten tickets for my husband and daughter although its on the list. We're getting APs because we're going again in August. I was originally booked in a 2 bedroom at Boardwalk, but the other family backed out when I discovered their military tickets would be blacked out, and it would cost them about $700 more to go. So, I downsized, but that meant that I lost Boardwalk. Only available was Saratoga. Its my home resort, but my daughter had her heart set on trying a new resort. We're also booked for Saratoga in August because that was book greater than 7 months. I'm planning to add to it when we decide how many days, where WDW, Vero or HHI, and which days we're going to stay at Uni to do the dark side. So that's my story. I have no fastpasses made, but I've got 1 ADR for Raglan Road, booked through OpenTable. I just don't feel the rush..although I know..its spring break. I just want to be warm.

20 days for us! My 2 year old wanted to wear her Minnie Mouse baseball cap to daycare this morning and I told her she couldn't because it's too cold (-25 in NB, Canada, this morning), but that she could bring it to Florida in a couple weeks. Of course, she took that as saying we are going to Florida today. Airplane, mommy! Airplane today! Ugh. Meltdown when I dropped her off at daycare.

Ok I searched and search and couldn't find an official March 2016 thread so I am starting one We're hoping to catch Stay, Play and Dine just as it is ending and the flower show begins. It may be tight though! We saw the Flower and Garden Show this year and vowed we would not go to Disney at any other time. We are winter weary New Englanders so free dining or not we are there!

We've always done the dining plan and have been lucky to get it for free the last few years so when we went last March we didn't have it because it seemed too costly to pay for. What a mistake that was! We ended up paying the cost of what the Dining plan was out of pocket anyway and that was on all that fast food! Never again! At least if you pay for the plan you have better choices of what to eat.

Yay! I'm going March 5-12. Havent been since 2012 so it will be my first time using magic bands which so far seem confusing(im still haveing issues reserving the fp's online). Also we stayed at POP in 2012 and saw AOA being built so I reserved a Finding Nemo Family Suite there. Plus Im traveling with my 16 year old son and his Friend who has never been to WDW (We took him to his first and only trip to DL 2 years ago. So with all of that plus the new attrtactions and events they've added since 2012 (The new fantasyland was being built last time we were there) , theres a lot of "firsts" for us so I'm excited- it feels like being a disney virgin again haha.

Hi everyone! I can finally post now that our kids know we are going over spring break (we're crazy, I get it)! We surprised DD16 and DD13 last night with a Valentine themed scavenger hunt and it was so worth waiting to tell them. DH and I started planning about 9 mos ago and it was HARD not to let it slip, esp when the girls would bring up favorite memories of past trips. It is currently 16 deg here so we are very excited to leave in a few weeks! Out trip is disjointed- two nights at Marriott World Center (with points), one night in Clearwater Beach, two Phillies Spring Training games, two park days and 3 night at Old Key West!

DH, younger DS15, and I will be in WDW in exactly three weeks!!!! Staying at POFQ March 5-13.

Got some firsts this trip I'm excited about:
*first time staying at POFQ (have visited and older DS and his DGF stayed there in Dec. and loved it)
*first F&G Festival (have done 3 F&W and love them)
*first Disney water park visit- Blizzard Beach
*trying all new places to eat this trip
*new attractions like Seven Dwarves and Star Wars
*first time to see a Spring Training game- seeing the Houston Astros play

It's also the first trip without older DS, so it might be a little weird. Younger DS has no idea we're going either! It's been hard to keep a secret, but if we can DH and I want to wait till the day before. Like he'll come home from school to find his magic band on his bed to surprise him. We haven't been since Nov. 2013 and between a lot of changes happening around here we just haven't been able to fit in a trip.

Everything is all planned- got all the adr's we ant and all the fp+ picked out. I'm having to sneak around painting our magic bands now and there will just be a few more things to pick up before we leave. CAN"T WAIT!!!

Sounds fantastic! We too considered surprising the kids the day before leaving but they are planners! I had to be sure they knew they'd be away for spring break so they didn't make plans with boyfriends and friends This is also our first spring training game(s) and DH is super excited.

Magic bands came yesterday! Any advice on what to expect for the weather? We're going March 8 - 13. Of course we're already thinking about packing! Really hoping to be able to get some pool time in. Fingers crossed!

We've been many times during the second week of March and the weather is beautiful. In 60 days of March trips, it's only rained 3 days. Sometimes it can be cool, but we've worn shorts every time. Our last trip in '14 was the only time that we had 1 day that was just a little cool at the pool. Crowds are very manageable. You'll love March!

Just noticed on MDE that TL refurb is extended a week through March 19. We had scheduled 3 days there. Looks like we'll be headed to BB.

Went and did all of my FP finally today! A bit late because one person in my party couldn't get their tickets until yesterday, but we got all of the ones we wanted at the times we wanted and all is well! I'm getting more and more excited as the days go by! I've pulled out the luggage I'm going to use for the trip!

Yeah, we've got no school here tomorrow because of the weather....so I am also looking forward to the warm weather next month.
