Not sure. I looked for one tonight at a couple of stores, but didn't find any stuffed crocs. I wonder where they got the original ones at? Maybe try some toy stores?

I had Fritzie 5/14 to 5/22. I had sent D Mama the name of the person I left Fritzie for at the Pop. . .it was Chanchal Banerjee (DIS name mitushib) and she was to check in 5/24 and check out 5/28. I put this info on Fritzie's package and I had left my cell phone number on the package just in case, but she never called me to say she didn't get Fritzie. . .I hope he can be found soon! We had so much fun croc-sitting him!

Thanks for trying so hard to find him. . .if there is anything else I can do, please let me know. . .I just feel so bad that he is MIA! I wish I could have met mitushib face-to-face so I could personally have given Fritzie to her. . .I am still keeping my fingers crossed that he will be found!

Francisco is a TY beanie croc. I got him at our local Hallmark store if that helps . Poor Fritzie . I am beginning to think leaving the poor little guys/gals at the hotel desks isn't such a good idea, eh??

This is making me nervous since there will be no personal hand-offs to me or after me since there is a lapse of 9 days before I get there and 5 days after I leave. I hope Fauna won't end up missing.

Thanks Dreamn! I spent most of the morning scouring the stores around my area for a new CROC (not the footwear). I can't seem to find one, but found lots of frogs!

If anyone else has a CROC they're willing to throw into rotation, please let me know so Msgrimm can have her CROC adventures, too!

I searched the kids rooms and asked dd and sad to say we have not a croc one. I know we had one at one time but dd said I sold it at a yard sale. I will keep my eyes open for one.

Poor Fritzie. I did get him at the local aquarium, but I'm no longer a member and can't get in the gift shop without admission.

FWIW, I'm in favor of making this an in-person ONLY exchange from now on. I know lots of folks want to get in on this, which makes it harder to do in-person. But it sort of kills the theme when we're constantly buying new crocs for the exchange, don't you think? Or is that just me?

Nope, I'm with you there V. Too many lost crocs. I really think person to person drops are the way to go.

How will person-to-person only work when there is a gap between arrival and departure dates. There isn't anyone after me for at least 10 days? I don't think that will work.

i remember there was someone that said they were a CM or they lived near the park.. I dont remember who tho... possibly pass the croc off to them and they can pass the croc on to the next person...

I wish I remembered who it was!
