Next we headed to Hollywood where Flower decided she wanted to be a movie star!!

She got comfy in our suite

and then she relaxed for a while and enjoyed the view from our window.

Soon she wanted to explore so we decided to have a walk along the walk of fame. Flower wanted to pay tribute to her Disney friends.

She also enjoyed the studio tours, she especially liked Paramount.

Especially when she got to sit on Forrest Gumps bench.

In Hollywood Flower also went to Universal Studios and saw the set of Desperate Housewives, went to Warner Bros and and went into Central Perk from Friends.

Up next: Flower goes to Las Vegas!!

Just to let all you guys know I have changed the rules on page 150. I have decided to ask for an e-mail address from each new person instead of phone number since I have found that is normally the easier way of contacting people in this exchange. I do ask that if you are meeting someone in the park for an exchange you exchange phone numbers with each other as well before the trip, just to make finding each other easier. I hope this is alright with you all.

Faolan makes some new friends at Animal Kingdom.

And meets their mother...

Faolan was glad not to be confused with a gator again.

Being a boy Faolan was not thrilled with going to the BBB but he made the best of it.

Being given a crown and being called a prince made things better.

Faolan ended up being carried by my hubby more than me because his fanny pack came with a handy croc carrying accessory.

By the end of our trip all the Dole Whips Faolan had ate were making him very heavy so we placed him on a diet.

Help! This isn't the castle suite!

On Faolan last day with us we treated him to the Keys of the Kingdom Tour.

We also made a quick trip to Epcot to get some last minute pictures before the exchange.

We met dreamn_Disney in a dark alley in front of Chef Mickey's to exchange Faolan and say our goodbyes.

I hope to see Faolan again next year when we met possibly take him to Disneyland.

Flower loved Las Vegas. Although not being 21 obviously she didn't go in the casinos!!

As usual as soon as we arrived she made herself at home.

(she loved playing with the electronic curtain button at the side of the bed!!)

She loved just sitting in the window in our room at the Bellagio just looking at the view.

But she liked it even more when the dancing fountains started. She would listen to the music being played in on the TV.

Once day we drove out to Red Rock Canyon (it was very hot!!)

And she went in a limosine to the airport where she then went in a helicopter.

She flew over the Hoover Dam and to the Grand Canyon.

Where we then landed and went on a pontoon boat down the Colorado river.

She was very tempted to jump in as it was so warm!!

Then Flower went out on the Grand Canyon skywalk. Although you aren't allowed to take photos there.

But we did get a picture just before we went on it.

Flower had a fab time during her 3 weeks with us and is looking forwaed to going back to Disney World soon.

DanaUK - I can't tell you how cool your pics are!! Wow!!! Flower certainly has become a world traveler for a croc who just started last fall!!!

I've been without internet all weekend and just got home to get a good look at the pics at more than iPhone-size!! Again. WOW and thanks!!

When I had "Flower back in June.. I had a Memory card that freaked out and we could not get the pictures out of the trip.

After a lot of work.. and still a loss of a lot of the pictures... I did indeed get "Flower's" Adventures at "Chef Mickey's".. which included "Behind the Scenes... Where no "Croc" has gone before... Pictures.. from the "Kitchen area" at Chef Mickey's.


I have them Posted on my "Actual" TR... but here is the Single Page that shows the Trouble a "Little Croc" can get herself into.

Flower really got the Royal treament!!! And backstage photos, to boot! Cool....

This really adds to the thread and is all about F-U-N, which has been and still is the point. Way to go!

While I did retreive the "Chef Mickey's" Pictures... I did not get the pictures of Flower in the Cab of the Locomtive.. the Engineer took her and she rode up there till the next station. They had my camera and took shots of her driving.


I did get a Picture of her at the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique.. On the Throne with a Crown

Well as you all can see from a previous post. Faolan made it to me safe and sound. I will down load some pics later and he and my ds we're very happy to be reunited. Faolan is looking forward to spending some time with us here in Michigan.

Unfortunately, it has come to my attention that Feliz has been crocnapped. I am very disappointed that someone has decided to keep him and not pass him on. I have moved the lists around as best I can, the people on Feliz's list have been moved to Faolan's list. I hope this is okay with everyone.

We have Flora She came with a collar (nice, bling bling) and a lanyard and 4 pins on it.....no photo album and no Santa hat...so I'm guessing those got lost over the past few months and we shouldn't worry about them? We'll try to find a pin to add and take lots of pictures of her having fun!

Glad she arrived okay!

She didn't have her photos or journal or hat when I got her either. I was bummed since we had written in her journal last year.

Anyway, have a great time with her!

Flower arrived safe and sound from the UK!

My DS3 almost had a heart attack over here when he saw her.

I think it is kind of neat that last October we rec'd her from Jason, and this year, we will be sending her back to him after our trip.

She is going to help me print door magnets for our trip and do a little packing today.

Well, we may have another missing croc. Flora was supposedly delivered on
Wednesday, but I have seen no sign of her. She was shipped with a tracking number through USPS and the site says she was dropped off. I have a few more days before I leave to try to find her.

I see that the tracking also shows delivery on the 8th. Did you check all around your house? Our mailman sometimes leaves things in the shed or pool house when we're not home. I don't get a note from him or anything until I check the tracking and see a package was delivered and that sends me on a treasure hunt. We found one package out in our yard once....we'd been looking for it for days and it seems it was somewhere in the front bushes and at some point rolled down in the front yard LOL

I really hope she was found. I put her in a ziploc before putting her in the box to protect her from any elements (rain..etc)....and also put your address and email in the box with her, just for extra protection in case the label got ripped. I taped her up really well...so hopefully she's safe...poor little croc
