Just went to the store for hopefully the last time before our departure on Friday! If anyone brings candy or chocolate back and you fly, Walmart had this cooler bag that can lay flat and hopefully won't take up much space in the suitcase. We'll see if it works, but if it doesn't, we'll always use it at the beach!
So sorry eeyore334, you deserve the Disney trip!

And thanks everyone for the updates, I will try my best to return the favor to those still here when we're at WDW.

So I know I have shared this already, but we leave next week and we have yet to get our documents. Disney and our TA are working together to clear this up. Disney says they have been sent two times, TA hasn't received them, we obviously have not received them. They said they are aware of the situation and they are going to clear it up before we go but....whew...it is so stressful. Our last day with students is a half day tomorrow and then I just have to finish my grades on Friday and I am DONE. I just wanted to relax, but geez, I am stressing out. We still have 8 days, but talk about cutting it close.

I have never had this happen in all our Disney trips. I am not blaming our TA. She has been a frantic mess also, but it's just getting to the point, where I want someone to just give them the papers! We have 8 days until we leave so here's to hoping this isn't a sign of the way our trip will go.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your brother. As a person that has lost three family members in 1 1/2 years, I know how extremely difficult it can be even when you know they are sick. Please know my thoughts are with you.

Anjalee, I hope your TA has those documents sitting on their desk right now! With some pixie dust! I probably wouldn't be able to handle waiting patiently for the Disney documents. Which I guess is why we've only gone through a TA once, they were not the Disney type.

Oh goodness, 39.5 hours until we take off! I do plan to keep updates, even though typing on an iPhone isn't always the easiest task.
As for the pre-trip stuff, DD is "packed", meaning, things are scattered around her room but not actually in a suitcase, whereas the cat is laying on top of the suitcase sleeping most of the time. We'll finish packing Friday morning, since our flight doesn't leave until 3pm. And we are making sure we put the ponchos IN our park bag this year! (We were there in November, waiting for the parade at MK in Liberty Square, and a torrential downpour hit and lasted about 20 minutes, and we, of course, left our ponchos in the room. We've learned our lesson )

As much as I would like to blame the TA she has done everything to help. We usually book with her when there are no other cheaper discounts through Disney directly. Disney and the TA are working together to get us our stuff quickly. We will see. I am so nervous at this point.

I hope that you guys have a great trip. I am keeping my fingers crossed for just a little bit of rain! We have lots of ponchos just in case though.




Tomorrow is my last day (1/2) with kids at school! I can't wait for summer to officially start!

Greetings from Bay Lake Tower! We can hear the MK train whistling from our room and can view the park inc. Space Mt and the castle! Love this room! Our beds are so comfy I slept better than I have in a long time! I have started a live trip report here but am only able tto post from my phone. Cant gt the internet In our room to work. Will try to post a link.
