Hot hot hot here today! Very sunny all morning then the skies opened up right before the 3:00 parade. Oh well. Back at Port Orleans trying to decide if the thunder will stop to jump in the pool or should we just go to Epcot and eat at Tutto Gusto! Decisions decisions!

Big decision to think about, fellow travelers, is if you really want to go to DTD on your trip. Crowds were insane last night with all the construction.

I'm glad you said that about DTD. We've been trying to find a day to put it in where we wouldn't have to go at night. We are thinking about taking one of our resort mornings (a Tuesday) and going to DTD and then heading over to DHS around 3:00. Not sure if that will be the final plan, though

i bought an Elsa doll for my niece at HS yesterday. I forgot that I left it in the car so I went out to get it. It's not there!!! I just can't wrap my head around someone stealing something out of my car.
We stopped for lunch on the way home down the street, and then came home. I don't think it was in the car last night I thought I had brought it in. We went to AK today but I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the car this morning.
I was going to call the police, but I really don't know where it was taken from.
I tried calling lost and found ( hoping I left it on the tram) but was on hold forever!!! I'll be at MK Friday so I guess I'll check then.
I just can't believe this happened. I've never had something stolen from my car.

Oh no!!! I'm so sorry that happened to you! I hope you can figure out where you had it last so you can report it! Just curious, do you leave your car unlocked??

Just watched the "FROZEN FIREWORKS" this is a MUST SEE in person for me. AMAZING

I know what you mean. We are planning to go to HS on our Epcot day to see the second Fantasmic and need to get there early enough to see the fireworks. Then we will see them again on our HS day.

Did you watch the video from WDWMagic which was recorded outside of the studios? I am thinking on one of our non-park days of going over to the Boardwalk Inn and getting ice cream and watching them again from the path to HS. That view is amazing.

I am super excited. I just found out that our travel agent is going to Disney the exact same time as we are. We have the same ADR at Yachtsman Steakhouse. I will finally get to meet my favorite Travel agent who always makes my dreams come true at Disney!!!

We are planning the same!! Going to Epcot and then moving over to DHS for PM EMH and then also doing a dedicated DHS day!! The only issue is that on our EPCOT day my mom wants to eat at Rose and Crown to watch Illuminations, but I doubt we'd be able to make it from Illuminations to DHS in time for the Frozen fireworks??

Wow, I never even thought of watching them from the path do DHS at Boardwalk Inn! We always stay at BWV and this would be so convenient. We have 2 DHS days, but one of them is a half day, and the other one we will be going to Fantasmic! from the dinner package, so the first showing. Hoping to catch some of the fireworks on the way out of the park, but knowing we could see some of the fireworks from the path at BWI without having to fight the theme park crowds is really amazing!

8 more days until we leaveI wanted to lose 5 pounds for this vacation so I could have a little flexibility to gain 5 pounds, lol. I lost 2 and a half...not bad, but not exactly where I wanted to be. I can't complain though, I'm in the healthy weight range for my height and I'm doing everything right...eating so well, following Weight Watchers (lifetime member), weighing and measuring my food, and exercising regularly. I only have a week left now and I know that amount is not going to come off. Oh well, at least I gave it my all and tried.

Weird question! How much would you budget to bring money wise if your on the deluxe dining plan? We don't plan to go crazy on buying souvenirs either.

Well, that would depend. You need tips for all your table service meals (and that amount is up to you unless your group is 6 or more then it is a minimum 18%). If you plan on tipping mousekeeping (house keeping), snacks or other misc. items not on your plan and souvenirs. I know you don't plan on going crazy but the prices are Disney prices not regular prices (a polo 2 yrs ago was $45, umbrella $20 and so on) Hope that helps a bit. We were on the Deluxe last trip and we were never hungry, just thirsty so some of our snack credits went to keeping hydrated.

I don't usually leave it unlocked when we're anywhere but home ( we have a garage at home). But sometimes I forget.

Thanks everyone!! I do hope it wasn't actually stolen. We had plans to go to the beach today, and will be at MK tomorrow. I'll check at lost and found. "If" I left it on the tram I'm sure lost and found will have it. We were the last ones off yesterday so I'm sure an attendant would have seen it before more people got on.
As for it being NOT Disney like- that's very true but we weren't at Disney when it happened.

On a positive note it's a gorgeous day at the beach today!!! Blue skies!! and my DS is boogy boarding- hasn't gotten out of the water yet. We've been here almost 2 hours! Lol the best part is the water is 82 degrees warmer than pool back home!!!
