to our Jumpin' July group! Great to have you with us. First trip, awesome and Deluxe to boot. You are living large and at Disney, that is the way to go if you can do it! Hope you have a great trip. If you have any questions or concerns, ask away and this group will do it's best to help you out where we can. I have added you to the front page already. If you get a touring plan together, let me know and I will post that as well. If you choose to do ADR's and want to let me know those as well, I can post them too.

We'll we are DVC members and that is the only reason we can stay deluxe. Have made and cancelled many ADR's as I keep changing my mind except for BOG and CRT - have reservations for both and won't be giving those up!

Our group is so excited. We received our Disney Dining cards and our park tickets from Fed Ex yesterday. I went on MDE and linked all of our rooms and tickets together. Now I just need to wait til the 60 day mark to book our FP+ ressies!

Can't come soon enough.

I'm also waiting for our 60-day mark, which is May 21st. We're off from school and work next week so I'll be doing as much research as I can during my time off. Touring Plans is also a great website that will suggest which attractions to book a FP for. All you have to do is make up a personalized plan based on your ADRs and attractions you want to do. It will optimize your plan with the best time to go on each ride. It also suggests which ones would be good candidates for FP.

We also have our tickets because we bought them from Undercover Tourist. I just need to link them to our MDE which already has our resort reservation on it. Then we will customize our magic bands. Soooooo excited that we're already more than a week into April. This was the longest winter ever.

May 13 is our 60 day mark. We aren't doing any ADR's just quick service meals. We actually purchased each person in our party a $150 dining card. They can use it at their discretion. It gives them $30 per day to spend on food which isn't a lot, but if they budget well and bring snacks they should be fine.

I am going to be the one booking the FP+ for our entire party. I already know which ones I'm going for so hopefully our party of 15 will be able to get them all together.

I'm sure Ana & Elsa are very popular. Luckily, my girls are all 16-17 yrs old and just want to go on rides.

I have May 14 - why a weekday?? I'm going to be up late on the 13th to try and snag Anna and Elsa. DD said meeting them is the absolute first thing she wants to do (she's little, turning 6 next Thursday) I explained to not get her hopes up since we have to make an appointment. Since MK is our 1st, 5th and 6th park days, I'm hoping to snag one later in the week at least - double bonus if I can get it after her BBB appt. on the 5th day because she's insisting on wearing her Elsa dress

I thought I had our HS day figured too until I looked at the tiering and realized you can't do fantasmic and TSM in the same day

I think we're just going to try and do the second Fanatasmic showing so we can use the FP on TSM.

We are also going to get FP+ for TSMM and just go to the second showing of Fantasmic.

I really need to sit down and map out the FP+ strategy. We are park hoppers so I'm planning on using our FPs for our second park of the day. Unless they change it before then!

We've never gone to Fanstasmic, because neither DH nor I would be able to take the line waiting - no matter how awesome it is. So, I am sooo happy for the FP. What I am going to do is book it for the night of our down day or downtown disney day. this way I don't have to sacrifice the TSM FP.

If we did 2 days at HS (or a day and a half or whatnot), that's what we'd do too. But we decided we'd rather do MK the evening of our resort day instead of EP or HS.

So I've been sick since like the middle of January with all sorts of stuff. I'm soooo over it, and I truly can't wait for it to be summer with a great vacation! Last night was even at the Er cause I couldn't breathe.

Thankfully, this week is Spring break, and I can chill and relax. I'm usually so obsessed with the Disney boards, but I've been out of it most of the time and haven't been. Such a sad day when that happens.

Anyway, I love this group and I can't wait to get to Disney after this crazy year!!!!

I'm thinking we might do the same. We've never seen Fantasmic - 2 years ago it was raining so we didn't stay with the little ones then last year we missed the first show because of hanging out at the Monsters University Homecoming Party (which my kids had a blast!) and then the 2nd was too late (mainly for DH) Now that he's working nights and used to being up latere I may just be able to convince him for the 2nd show.

With the release of the summer discounts I have decided to change resorts. I will now be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge instead of POFQ.

Teacher here also, however, we lost 3 days of our spring break due to the harsh winter we experienced.
