Big time of year for them. We got back late(early am) Saturday the 12th. We found the groups a little more behaved than past years, but the loud chanting is nerve wracking and inappropriate in tight queues. Luckily that was the exception, not the rule this year! Hello Everyone - Just returned home from our Disneyland trip. Enjoyed our vacation and learned so much about DLR..

We've been going the past few years in January. Love it!! After holidays but in the midst of cold weather in the northeast. Looking forward to this January again!

The tour groups are such a pain in the a**!! They are so ignorant!! Some kids who were in SR line for TT were getting yelled at by CMs telling them they're not sitting together!! But they tried to cut a family so they could. Thank god another CM saw them and told them to get back where they were. They wouldn't have wanted to cut me!!! LOL

We are on the rode Disney blues is starting to set in. DD started crying when we got into the car. We were able to do everything I planned on doing. We caught Max at palooza. Kids were excited. We did rope drop 3 days, hit MK the second time at 10 with fastpasses. It was great.
Tour groups. They were worse at CBR. I have. Confession, I feel just awful. It started pouring at DTD Dd was pissy, she wanted this and that, was tired of the rain. She started to fight with her brother and DH got mad. I am putting out this fire when a group of girls came walking by, one girk saw I was about to open my umbrella when she walked right into it. My umbrella got stuck in her poncho and I had to wait for her to get it unstuck. I gave her a really nasty look. Really bad look. She said sorry and was on her way. I wasn't mad at her. She will never know that. I feel bad about it. I tried to look for her on the way to our bus as her group was heading to a bus too. But, I didn't see her. I am very ashamed.

Yay for everyone leaving soon, and I'm cracking up at each days' well wish note! I'm assuming this little tidbit is due to the torrential rain yesterday!!

A note for everyone going...stay hydrated!! My husband caddies in the SC heat so he thought he was fine and used to the weather. Well, two days into our trip he started acting really withdrawn, his eyes were glassy, he just wanted to sleep all the time....turns out he had heat stroke. So please be safe!!!!

What did you do? Saturday there was a ambulance at AKL and my kids asked why, I told them maybe someone got sick or to hot. Another way for me to point out we (they) need to drink water. I am sorry that happen, but, happy everything is ok.

I'm sorry I have not had a chance to get on the Dis Board since I left home until this afternoon. We are planning to be at MK all day on Wednesday unless the weather is really bad like Monday. Do you have any suggestions for meeting?

I'm glad to hear that your husband is okay. This is one of my concerns for our trip. My boys prefer to drink sodas and I have tried explaining that they need to drink more water on our trip.

Last night's rain was more than I was looking for. It ruined our evening plans for HS. I hope any rain we have the rest of the week is only the normal FL afternoon shower.

We actually had a really good time at MK last night after the harder rain had gone..walked on a bunch of rides.. What time are your fast passes?

The first one begins at 11:15am and the last one ends at 2:55pm. We are planning to ride our third ride around 2:00 when the window opens and then go over to Frontierland or Liberty Square to see the 3:00 parade.

So this trip has been amazing - began with an upgrade at AoA to a lion king suite! Then everything is just working out for us - the ADRs are great and all my DD wanted to do is have Pluto "lick" her face and guess what today we saw him at HS and he did! So much Pixie Dust!

Yes, me too! He had to stay inside, lots of fluids and rest for a couple days, but he's OK!! So glad.

We also had the rain ruin HS last night, but tonight chose to stick it out because I really wanted to see the frozen fireworks and the rain stopped just in time!! They had a couple technical glitches during the show, but it was so amazing! I'm glad we stayed!!

We had technical issues during the stage show during the Frozen fireworks too. We could not hear Anna at all. BUT, The fireworks were awesome.
