~~**The Official January 2014 Group**~~

We actually prefer the meal and castle setting at Akershus.

That is one of my maybe's on our dining list. I love to try new places at WDW, but at the same time I am always nervous to try a new restaurant out of fear that the food won't be that good and then we will have to buy more for 15 minutes after we leave lol

We love the Princess Breakfast at Akershaus in Norway. The breakfast is American food and it is a REALLY good breakfast. So far we have had the breakfast twice and never been disappointed. Plus if you schedule your breakfast for 8am you get into Epcot before it opens and by the time you finish your breakfast and the park opens you are already in the back of the park so you can rush right over and be first for Test Track. :) :cheer2:

Yes, I should've been clear that we've only done breakfast there so far. We did the early time one and did the last breakfast time to serve as a lunch. This year DD12 requested real lunch food so we're giving it a shot.

Hi all! We are going Jan 26-31 and staying in a Nemo suite at AoA. We've been to WDW a few times but never stayed on property. Having 4 kids and my mom going limits where we can stay affordably lol.
I was very lucky and when I called to make the room reservation, they transferred me to dining and I got the TS times I wanted.

Can't wait to get to know you guys.

Well first for Test Track DOES sound pretty good...

Maybe that is what we will try, the breakfast.

I bet she enjoys it. We've done dinner there 2x and my girls have enjoyed the food.

Hi everyone,
We will be going Jan 21-31 or bust. I say this because I have been planning since May 2012 and keep pushing the date back. Wanted to go Apr 2013, then moved to Oct 2013 then Nov and now Jan 2014. It will be me 43, hubby 55 and grandaughter 3. First time for all! The only good thing about moving the dates is I keep learning more and more and I got all the ADR's I wanted this time. :) We will most likely stay at POP. Asked to join FB group also (Kristin Taylor) Looking forward to following the board.

Anyone have an opinion on Via Napoli??

We LOVED it! The first two times we went we licked the plates.. no really... OK, maybe not, but we wanted to! This pasrt trip wasn't as good, but I am giving it a sliding scale rating based on on DH and I being in an enormous fight..on our Disneymoon...DOH:sad2: I think if our moods were better, everything would have been better! Even then it wasn't bad. (btw- we made up shortly after that!)

DH and I are in the camp of liking CRT more than Akershus. We went to Akershus and I figured DH would like it better (because it was cheaper). The food was the same quality as the basic breakfast that you can get at CRT, but at least there are choices at CRT. The cold buffet was alright, but I was disappointed that there was no toaster for the bagels/English muffins/breads. Cold bagels. Meh. Even the princesses didn't really seem to be as effusive as the ones that we've met at CRT. We have been back twice to WDW since the trip where we went to Akershus and I always ask DH about this one and Tusker House (two very bad experiences there) and he shakes his head no. It just boils down to preferences!

I just popped on the Disney site to check out some restaurants again. I choose all restaurants in MK on Jan 30th and low and behold BOG popped up with availability.
Of course I booked it!
I went back in and tried again after I booked it and it still showed availability for a table of 4..Hurry before its gone

Okay yalls good reviews have be convinced to try Via Napoli. I told DH about it and he said it sounds really good. Thanks!
