If you booked a Room only, no Mickey Mail. If you booked a package, you will get that prized piece of mail.

We are at 17 days, only 9 more work days.

I am sooo aggravated. I was going to have to use an ECV because of the pain in my foot/ankle, but I went back to the doctor this morning and I have to go back into my boot, unless my new immobilizing brace is ready before our trip. I know this will protect my foot, but I didn't want to go this route. I had to get a Cortisone shot in my ankle and it really hurts. I guess I will also bring my mom's cane, because it will help me get up and down and in and out of ride vehicles. DH is a bit annoyed, but what do you do??

I will not let this ruin my attitude or my trip. I will not be miserable and I will not hit those that give me nasty looks because my fat behind is on a scooter

We got ours on our 21st day, so you may get it today, If not I would be contacting them. I like to have the luggage tags, which I can do without, but there is other stuff in there that I like to have, besides the coupons for mini-golf, the arcade, Planet Hollywood, discounts on other activities.

Since January's hours changed... I'm thinking about changing our schedule a little bit and I'm looking for your input

We are only going for a short trip - 3 days over MLK weekend (We know... BUSY BUSY BUSY!!)

Anyway, plan A is:

Saturday - IOA (we are going to FL specifically to see WWoHP). Stay until 4. Be at Epcot by 5. They are open until 9
Sunday - DHS at RD until 1. AK 2-7. MK 8-3 (we won't be there THAT late... but it's open until 3)
Monday - Epcot at RD. Whatever we want for the afternoon. Be at MK by 6, Parade at 7, Wishes at 8, OHana at 915

Plan B is:

Saturday - IOA until 4. MK 5-1am (that's not EMH, that's open to the public hours)
Sunday - DHS at RD until 2. AK 3-8.
Monday - Same as plan A

So I guess my main issues are whether MK will be busier on Saturday night (open to public to 1am) or Sunday night (EMH from 12-3)?

Which plan looks best to you guys???

I'd go with plan A. You'll have a little earlier night before your all-important Studios rope drop, and you'll avoid Saturdays which tend to be crowded at the Magic Kingdom. For a holiday/long weekend like that there will no doubt be many locals and off-site guests who will be looking for those long hours while steering clear of EMH since they aren't eligible.

Yep, agree with Colleen -- go to MK for EMH, at least you know that the "off-property" people won't be there, so it should be a little less crowded.

But I do need to ask you, are you taking a vacation from this vacation? Your schedule already has ME exhausted!

No Mickey Mail yet for us...but we successfully changed over our reservations. We are now staying at POFQ for the entire trip!!!

I have cortisone/Vicodin brain and can't seem to gather my thoughts, and I need to start getting some things together this weekend since I have 4 days off and everything is going to take longer to do dragging this boot around.

Thanks for the replies. Plan A was my original plan and I think we are going to stick with it!

And I agree... I might need to take a few days off after the weekend away!! It's an exhausting plan, but it was the only time that I could get my daughter and daughter-in-law together for a trip. So here we go!! Sleep at Disney is for wimps!!

Last minute trip booked last week!! Going Jan.8th-13th!! So excited! Staying at ASMo for the first time. We usually stay at Pop.

Last day of work until next Thursday!! Woot! And I am down to 19 days until my trip. Definitely will start packing soon. Need to start checking the Orlando weather so I can pack properly. So excited! Merry Christmas!!!

It's because your signature is too big, take the spaces out between the lines and you'll see it.
