Now we're off to my parents to give the kids the big present that unveils the surprise of our trip in 19 days! So excited!!

How exciting....They are going to really have a VERY Merry Christmas

We unveiled a surprise to our kids this morning too...in their stockings was a certificate letting them know that since they were so good this year, Santa has granted 3 extra nights to our Disney trip (leaving in 3 weeks)....they thought we were only going for 3 nights and that was it. The biggest surprise will be when we get to Florida and they will find out that we are not going to Disney right away but going on a Cruise for 7 nights before hand

My DH has a tradition of getting sick right before our trip. The last 2xs we have gone to WDW, he has had issues from a cold/flu/asthma and needed to go to the dr. to be able to travel. He's not feeling good right now and had to use his nebulizer today. He's taking OTC cold medicine and I hope it works. I thought we would be ok this time because we have been training for months to run the 5k there on the 6th and have been taking better care of ourselves. He said he will be fine by then. So I'm going to believe him!

On a good note, we are taking down the tree tomorrow and have our Christmas apparel washed and put in suitcases already!!

Oh, and the first day's forecast for our trip is now showing up on TWC (and I don't even care that is says a high of 68 because it can always change, right?!)!!!!!!

One more week to go! Now it's time to anxiously watch the weather forecast and hope a cold front stays away! I swear, every time I look the forecast swings 20 degrees in either direction!

10 days until we leave and spend our first night off-site, with a taste of Disney at DTD, and 11 days until we check in at BWI!!!!!

We are at 15 days and counting! My sis-in-law and niece are coming along with and we surprised her on Christmas Eve. Oh how I wish we had video recorded her reaction! She was so excited and happy. My DD will be excited to have a pal along with her. Now waiting to see the extended forecast so we know what to pack!

My in-laws got our family matching Mickey sweatshirts for Christmas and my DH is soooo not happy. He secretly loves Disney but matching clothes is a little far for him. I think the best part of the gift is that my FIL said we have to get a picture wearing them (all 4 of us) with Mickey! haha!!

We're into the teens for our final countdown!! I'm already having nightmares about forgetting stuff, people canceling, not making it to the airport...it's gonna be a long 18 days

OMG, so not Disney related, but my DH just got 2 free tickets to the Chik-fil-a Bowl for Saturday night in Atlanta It's for our favorite team Auburn, this will be my first College and Bowl game!

It is. DH said he was gald I saw the notice on facebook, and it was even better than the Christmas present I got him...ugh, which was the Richard Petty Ride Along he has been hinting at for months.

17 days to go and I'm starting to get my act together with packing.
I started with the ultimate packing list and customized it so I've got my list started, and I'm waiting until next week to hit up Walmart for a few things, snacks, toiletries, entertainment for the plane etc . After that things will start going into bags!
