When Abby told Henry that if he had a chance, take it & shoot Wakefield. Why did Henry say he can't do that. After all Wakefield's done, he couldn't kill him?

Was Henry & his father the gardener's for the hotel years ago & that's how he met his girlfriend.

Does anyone know where all of the locals who live on the island are?

Henry was saying he couldn't take the shot if Abby was in the way. Like if Wakefield grabbed her as a shield. Abby was telling him to kill her if it meant that was the only way to kill Wakefield.

The Sheriff evacuated the Island. Everyone was heading for the boats when Madison was kidnapped. Abby got a phone call from Madison telling her that no one could leave or he would kill her. That's why the wedding party stayed.

Why Maggie and Nikki stayed, i don't know. I do know Shane was in jail, so he missed the boat.

I am so ready for this to be over. I've watched it since the beginning and had such high hopes but now that Wakefield is back I feel the producers have completely let us down. What happened to "25 suspects, 1 killer?" Wakefield is not listed anywhere as a suspect or possible killer, yet they totally jumped the shark when he showed up. I was holding out hope that he only killed Mills and that there was still a killer among them, but nope. Last week's episode made me GLAD that they did not renew for a second season.

What a let down for fans who have followed from the beginning and really tried to solve this mystery, when it turns out there IS NO MYSTERY!!!! I still hope I'm wrong and there is some crazy twist at the end, but I don't think so.......

When they were in the Sheriff's attic Madison found a file on another person, that person is the original killer. Wakefield came back to get revenge on the Sheriff and when he was Chloe he desired her like he desired Abby's mother. Cal was just in his way, so he had to get rid of him so Chloe was all his.

Wakefield is helping the true killer hid their identity by showing up at odd times and taking shots at others when the true killer is among them.

If Wakefield was not around then it would be quick to figure out who the true killer was. Wakefield is the decoy for the original killer.

I think that WAkefield coming back was a copout. I really think the writers screwed up and they couldn't figure out a way to have a killer who WASN'T Wakefield. He has killed Mills, Cal, Chloe (in a way), Deputy Lillis, Shane, Nikki - and those are the ones we know of. I think he has been moving around under the island all this time. After all, there is nobody else who didn't have an alibi for at least one of the murders that happened earlier.....

I just feel really let down by the writer/producers. This was supposed to be a murder mystery and it's turned into a horror slasher flick.

So are you saying Jimmy is the original killer? I think with her finding the file that makes it too easy and why would the Sheriff try to get her together with him? Why would he want to save Jimmy if he is the killer?

Did I miss where they said the other file was for Jimmy? I thought that madison showed it but never said who it was.

ok I KNOW this is a tv program & the writers determine what would happen.
but sheesh, the bar girl ( shoot what was her name).. when wakefield grabbed her gun,, wouldn't YOU have just let it go & then 'tried' to get away? she was a sittin' duck for when he just stabbed her.

am I the only one who shouts at the tv at stupid stuff like that? but then you gotta tell yourself ,,,,,, the writers did that.

Ditto...these were my thoughts and I found it quite odd that she did not shoot him when she had a very clear shot.

madison's dad (richard) was sleeping with shea's (his wife's) and trish's stepmother. shea's and trish's dad had no idea, but trish told him right before he was killed by the chandelier at the church. madison's dad was then harpooned through the chest/abdomen and pulled off into the woods-haven't seen him since.

Im still trying to figure out how all this relates to Abby. I mean Henrys brother said it was all about her then Wakefield tells her what you dont know....cant figure out how she fits into everything (especially since she isnt Johns kid). I am beginning to agree that John only killed the Sheriff (then the 2 in the bar obviously) and maybe the hotel owner but I think the "kid" is doing all the other killings. 2 week wait...that just aint right
