I actually liked Izzy last night. She's starting to go back to the Izzy that I liked in seasons 1 and 2.

I thought I had my Cable DVR set to record Grey's. Apparently I don't know how to work it correctly. I missed the 1st half. What happened? I'm missing my tivo already.

I loved last night's show. It felt like a true return of the show.

* That kid calling Sloan "Daddy" was priceless. I was about that one. I love that Derek and Sloan are building a friendship. They play off each other very well.
* Loved Callie outing Izzie and George the way she did. That seems more like the old Callie and I liked that she seemed to be turning once again to Sloan. They have chemistry and I would love to see them together.
* Loved that Ava came back to Alex - it will be an interesting storyline to follow.
* Excited that Dr. Hahn is now part of the SG staff. I think it will be so much fun to see how Christina and Dr. Hahn get along.
* Sloan sending Sydney after McDreamy

Overall I just loved the episode although I could have done without the gore of that guy sawing off his own leg.

I thought it was a great episode, too.

--I'm glad Callie seems to be getting some spunk back.

--I like that we saw a bit of Izzie and George actually being romantic since it didn't seem like they really had any sort of relationship for the past few weeks.

-- I didn't love the Ava thing. I got annoyed that she kept looking at her watch and just left Alex! I mean the guy's a doctor-- he can't just goof off all day!

-- I'm happy that Derek is thinking of dating other people. I'm so tired of Meredith pushing him away. Serves her right if he finds someone else!

-- I'm thrilled that Dr. Hahn is joining the cast! She seems like a good character. Maybe she can sort of be the new Addison.

Although the over all episode didn’t go anywhere

i loved the Daddy bit with Mark
Christina and Callie together has so much potential
Never liked Ava, but i need some more back story with Alex

and for some sick reason i just laughed in the middle of Lexi talking about the rotting corpse cat

I have to mute Izzie these days. Hard to believe she was once my favorite character.

Love, love, love Callie and Christina living together. OMG, I about fell out when Christina told Callie she couldn't clean.

I'm also loving Lexie. Geez if she isn't a mini-Mer I don't know who is. No doubt now that Derek is going to be dating, she'll fit into that scenario. I seriously was rolling over the dead cat and digging up her mother's grave. These two sisters are neurotic but I love them both.

Don't like Ava. Can't put my finger on why. I guess because no one is good enough for "my" Alex.

Love McSteamy back to his old self. Can't wait for things to heat up between him and Callie.

The little boy last night was a terrific actor. Usually these kids who guest star on TV shows are just so wooden, but that kid was a hoot.

Oh, I agree. I didn't mean to make it sound like I like George and Izzie together, because I kind of don't.

I just kept thinking it's been weird lately because George is throwing his marriage away for Izzie and it didn't seem like they had any feelings for each other anymore. At least last night they showed some!!!

And she is a new mom who is in love with her baby, I am sure she was dying to get back to her. I know when I was separated from my baby when she was a newborn I was antsy to get back to her.

Add me to the list that missed the 1st part (20 so min for me.) How was it that She ended up coming back in the story?

I thought it was interesting that Sydney was around more this episode and now the older intern is doing into psych. I wonder how that's going to play a part in things.

I also noticed that in the photoshoots they have of the cast, Mer's sister is right up front (with Callie next to Mer) with the rest of the cast behind these three females.

But, I guess if they didn't have these types of stories, it wouldn't be a nighttime soap.

I loved the episode this past week!

Christina and Dr. Hahn are going to be interesting!

The Chief needs someone... I'm confused - is Adele filing for divorce based on the fact that he let the niece choose her own fate, rather than pushing her to accept treatment?

I truly felt sorry for Bailey at the end... She's doing to her relationship what Chief did to his!

Alex and Ava/Rebecca were cute - he's just HOT STUFF! I can't wait to see more of that...

I was happy that they built ears for the boy - he was sweet... Maybe we'll meet his mom and see more of him.

Mere and Der seem good going separate for a bit - I like the way their storyline is going - but I've never been overly committed to them!

Izzy and George - YEA! I'm so happy that they are moving forward with the relationship and that they are taking the steps together.

Callie and Mark - these two should just be together... I'm still holding out hope that it's going to happen for them!
