Im not going to give anything away regarding the previews except, its just that, a teaser and there is more to the woman then currently known.... McDreamy loves Meredith...

You can spill it, but even without inside information, I agree with you. I bet that woman is McDreamy's sister or cousin or maybe a jeweler designing an engagement ring for Meredith. (o.k., that's a little far-fetched, but you get the idea). There aren't a lot of places to sit in a house trailer, and they were both fully clothed. Yes, she is lying down, but maybe she is a neighbor or a friend asking for medical advice and he was examining her. Lots of possibilities. I will believe he is McCheater when I see it.

As for the previews... it resulted in exactly what ABC wanted it to do... US talking about it!

I've been in a past relationship with someone like McDreamy and I completely relate to his lack of emotion, couldn't give a s**t response... I'm so glad that I am working toward a much more stable, loving, nurturing relationship with a Disney Prince!

I think we all had to anticipate that there were going to be "stormy waters" ahead for Mere and McDreamy... Otherwise we'd all just be too happy and there would be no "buzz" from the viewers!

How can Burke POSSIBLY be made into a sexy character if he's with Christina? They may have (off camera) relations which they refer to, but on camera their relationship is hardly warm and sexy. I still can't figure out what Burke sees in her.

Christina is my absolute favorite character on that show! AND I think Burke is the best looking out of all of the men, so how about that?!

I don't so much have a problem with that. He's really only doing that with Christina. And really think about how much that sucks for him. He's spent how many years and how much money to become a surgeon and he's a really good surgeon. That's all he knows. He's very young and it looks at though his career could be over. Then he has Izzy (who's indirectly responsible for his shooting) waving her huge check in front of him.
