I think I remember an episode last season where Denny tells Izzy he changed his will and put her in it.

Also, does anyone else get the feeling that Alex and Addison are going to end up together? I may be way off base but it sure would be interesting!!

OK here's my wild predictions.

Burk will not be able to operate again, but opens a restraunat and Izzy is his partner. If McVet (I love him and don't want him off the show) is out for Mer how about he developes a friendship with Izzy after all he lost his wife and knows how devistating it feels. I see Alex and Addison getting together.

Now if we could just get Alex on morphine and see what he spills.

I don't think at this point Izzy will care about the money as she is so heartbroken. Then when she does realize I think she will donate most, if not all to heart research or to the heart ward at the hospital in Denny's name.

Not a fan of McSteamy, he is a huge jerk---hopefully they soften him up somewhat otherwise I don't think he adds much to the show.

As for McDreamy he just "bowed out" on Meredith because he loves her so much and doesn't want to hurt her. Meredith was hilarious on morphine!

I got the impression that his parents just decided to give her the money since they weren't around. Pretty generous of them,eh? But maybe you're right about the will. It would make more sense.

I don't think she's gone soft. I think she's always been a hard-*** with her students, but I think she has a good beside manner with her patients.

Oh and Alex on Morphine would be hysterical!!!

I know it's a TV show, but the money shouldn't be from Denny's estate. Probate doesn't work that fast. me, it's a TV show and they don't do things like in the real world. I just hope she doesn't tear up the check.

My turn to weigh in now! I loved last nights episode and can't wait to re-watch tonight! Only 25 minutes now - EST!

Anyway, Addison is not my favorite by far but I respect her now a little more after her conversation with Morphine-high Mere! I was happy when she finally turned into the doc that we know with her pregnant patient too!

McSteamy's name should be changed to McMake-Me-Want-to-Throw-up after last night... He's gonna need a major attitude adjustment now that he's in Seattle Grace for good or perhaps he just needs some extra "sack time with Addison." (I do think his bad attitude might help to keep Alex in Peds or OB/GYN!) That ending scene with Callie really made me sick too!

McMalley's just a great friend - Izzie really needed him then. Denny's dad grew on my throughout the episode... I think he was there because Denny left her the $$ and he was checking out his son's choice, in case he thought she was using Denny!

Burke's gonna get better (I believe it!) - but Christina's gotta lay off him a little! (Did anyone else notice that his tremors seemed to get worse everytime she was around?!?!)

Bailey's great and I still love her - soft or not!

I'm from Camp McVet, so I buckets when Mere dumped him! I cheered through my tears though when he told her he "won't be there" when McDreamy hurts her again!! I continued to cry right through the end (until I gagged over McSteamy and Callie) because of hearing Denny's voice again!

My pick for favorite quote of the episode:
McSteamy: How's my favorite dirty mistress?
Meredith: Haven't you heard? Now I'm an adulterous wh***.

That's a good question. Anybody with TIVO?

You only need an authorized signer on any check. Doesn't matter how much it's written for, but banks will look at that big of a check more carefully to make sure it was signed by someone who is authorized, unlike a $10 check that you or I would write.

I just checked...the signature is almost completely covered by the flap of the envelope.... only part showing is about half the first letter and I sure can't make it out. But Denny's dad was also Denny so

I just read that the actor who plays George, T.K. Knight, said he is gay. He said he hopes that is not what people find the most interesting thing about him. It always amazes me that people care one way or the other. It is his character that I find interesting, the actors personal life shouldn't really matter. I should say his sexual preference, I might mind if he was a pedophile or a murder, or a thief.

Why would he even mention it? Doesn't matter to me personally.... Now, the thought of McDreamy with twins on the way.... well, I guess that doesn't matter *too* much
