OK--well, remember I missed the beginning! Let's see if I can remember as much as Mal.

I'm always amazed at the details you remember.
Mrs. Kim gave Lorelai her wedding dress to alter for Lane. Lane was chasing Lorelai down the street trying to give her money to spill coffee or something on the dress which is enormous AND includes pants.

It was quite a sight.
While talking to Lane, Lorelai noticed Emily and Richard walking around Stars Hollow. She hunted them down through Kirk (who has set up his realty business in an abandoned house with rats and bats) and pretended like she just ran into them. They hemmed and hawed and told her they were antiquing. She rounded them up and made them go with her all the time talking about how awful Stars Hollow was (backed up sewer, meth labs, enormous potholes). She took them to Taylor's store and was talking about how awful it was--Taylor caught her and told her there was a town ordinance about talking badly about Stars Hollow. She offered to let him arrest her.

Emily disappeared for a bit and when they met up with her at Luke's, she was playing go fish with a total stranger girl.

She thought she was Luke's daughter and was ticked off that Lorelai didn't have much to do with the kid. She thought it was Lorelai being cautious and didn't realize it was Luke that was keeping them apart.
Luke was on the trip with April--and being a bit smothering. She asked him to hang out with the other parents because she liked a boy on the trip and he couldn't get near her with Luke hanging around. Later on the bus, Luke went to the back to give her a sweater and as he turned around, overheard her saying, "My dad is ridiculously overprotective."
Rory and Logan are on the outs. Rory had assigned him a piece for the paper and went ahead and wrote it herself because she didn't think he'd finish it in time. She's being very snotty to him. She also go annoyed with him at their apt when his friends were there and was rude. The friends left and he told her that she had not forgiven him yet.
Right after, Rory got an invitation from Jess in the mail for some kind of gallery thing at the publishing house where he's working. She went and ran into Luke and April there. Luke was really weird about introducing them--finally said something like, "This is the daughter of the woman I'm with--ENGAGED to. It's complicated." I'd have been a little hurt if I was Rory but she didn't seem to mind. Jess gave Luke a copy of his book and a check for money he owed him. I really like Jess now but he's very cosmopolitan and intellectual now. It's kind of weird.
Rory stayed after everyone had left. Jess kissed her and Rory freaked out and told him that she was in love with Logan. I think she'd planned on sleeping with him to get even with Logan but couldn't do it.
It ended with Lorelai looking and looking at Lane's hideous wedding gown and then finally just dumping her cup of coffee over it.
Imagine how long this would be if I'd seen the whole thing!
