I was in WDW and watched the last two episodes last night - I really enjoyed the one with the DAR event - Paris was just hilarious! and I loved when Emily gave Logan's mom and earful!!!

I was looking forward to the next episode but was disappointed -

Luke and Lorelai are boring - I want them together but I want to see some passion in their relationshop - they have never said I love you to each other on camera

I liked Logan a lot until last night - I once told a guy I loved him and got the same response Rory got - it seemed so romantic at the time - but it isn't - she should run FAST!!!

I'm over 40 and love this show. It's my favorite, the only show I really watch everyweek.

The banter that goes between the cast is great.

Late to the party again--I watched it last night and was unimpressed. I usually stay away from this thread until I see the episode but I guess I should have peeked in here yesterday!

I did love Kirk and Andrew dressed up at the Town meeting. "Does Kirk know what a cobbler does?", "I'm thinking no."

I was expecting Emily & Richard to find something incriminating in the pool house. Anyone else find it odd that a 20 year old has a 10 o'clock curfew apparently? I was kind of glad to have it clarified that Emily and Richard don't really realize that Logan is sleeping over a lot--I've been a little weirded out thinking that they were ok with that.

Well, hopefully, next week will be better.

1. I think Rory LOOKS good. I like the new "grown up" mature look she has (her hair especially - she looks great with bangs)

2. Rory and Lorelie HAVE to make up soon...their banter is what MADE this show.

3. So Rory got a Birkin...(think back to a sex and the city episode when Samantha used Lucy Liu's name to get a Birkin...too funny...) and she didn't know what it was. Some "high class girl" Emily thinks she has on her hands there.

4. Rory seems to be having a pretty easy go at her community service, no?

5. I don't see everyone's fascination with Jess. He was annoying and, imo, not attractive at all. (not that Logan is a prize catch either) I liked Dean - pre-Lindsay.

I've heard spoilers too...and it needs to happen SOON...this season is just dragging.

okay, I've reevaluated why I hate her hair. I think because to me it's symbolic of her mindset change. She used to be the girl who wanted to be a foreign correspondent...a war correspondent...something I do not associate with being "girly". I realize she is a girl, but the whole hair thing happened with Logan's arrival, and to me it just symbolizes everything she's not anymore. Which is probably why it bugs me. To me it says, I am now a trophy girl, organizing DAR events and turning into my grandmother with her perfectly coiffed hair.

Just wondering if anyone else thought it was strange that Rory will celebrate her 21st birthday next week? Didn't she just start Yale as a freshman last year... unless she flunked Kindergarten a few times shouldn't she be turning 19 or 20?? I guess they're in a hurry for her to grow up.

This would have been her third year at Yale. At the end of her first year, she slept with Dean and spent the summer in Europe with Emily.

At the end of her second year, she stole the yacht.

I do not understand why noone like Logan. He is such a cutie. As for the line about telling alot of girls that he loved them when he really didn't and not wanting to do that to her--I think that that was HONEST and means that he really does care alot for her it could also mean that he DOES love her and isn't ready to admit it to himself. My husband said that to me when we were dating and I responded like Rory did---deja vu!! Any ways my hubby realized that heloved me about 2 weeks later in the car talking to his sister about our relationship. SOOOOO....you never know.... I think that he wants her to go back to school also. Maybe hethinks that she is taking a wee break. I think that Luke and Lorelei act like an old married couple--no chemistry at all. They used to have alot. I also loved how Rory had NO CLUE how expensive that that purse was. I think that Logan likes that about her..that she is not a spoiled brat.
