Great idea, jules, but I can bet it won't work... the "headlines" or the titles of threads are meant to provoke and "inform" even those who would NEVER open a political thread, some of them are misleading or silly but nonetheless a point the OP is trying to convey.

Your idea is a good one though and I totally understand why you'd want it to work!
