Okay, I just managed to see yesterday's ep because I wasn't home to catch it when it aired. I screamed so loud when I saw Robert that my cat has been hiding from me for the last 15 minutes! Woo hoo!



I've been wondering about something, so I'll throw it out there... does anyone remember a story line where it was hinted that Lucas was Robert's son? I seem to remember there was a woman (I think her name was Cheryl) who was Sean Donely's sister-in-law, and got involved with Robert. Then I remember that her baby was taken from her at birth. I seem to remember there was some kind of baby broker who took the baby, and then Bobbie and Tony adopted Lucas because they were having a hard time adopting.

Am I making this up or does this ring a bell? It just seems like they've shown so much more of Lucas in the past year, bringing in a new storyline, how Lucas made that speech about "there's no way" he's a Spencer etc... just wondering if this will tie in somehow.

In any event, I am SO happy about all these old characters returning... I've been watching since Luke and Laura's wedding day and I just got my DH addicted to GH with me. I can't wait for him to experience the characters I loved so much!

I only caught the last few minutes of GH today, but I was glad I did. I got the chills when I saw Robert! I can't wait to see this storyline develop.

Saw it this morning. The hairs on my arms seriously stood on end. I knew he was coming, but ooooooh. It's going to be good.

I haven't watched Friday's episode yet, but I recorded it on my PVR. I'll watch it later tonight.

Maybe there's hope for GH afterall! Maybe?

By bringing back some of the older cast it could just resurrect GH into the former glory it was known for!

Let's see, we already have Noah Drake back, we're getting Robert Scorpio back, now all we need is Stephen Cassadine (I know it's not happening though, isn't he on another soap?) Sean Donnelly, put Helena on all the time, throw Faison into the mix (which could happen since Robert is back on the scene) let's see....who am I missing?

I've watched Friday's show twice. I loved seeing Robert. Isn't it wonderful to see the around the nurses station talking again. Maybe they have seen the light, all Sonny, all the time does not make for a #1 show.

Sonny lost his 15 mins a while ago. Time to move on! Robert Scorpio is just the man to take the spotlight off Sonny for a while!

I loved the little Chimp scene with Luke on Friday's show, how he saved him from the fire. And Tic-Tacs as a cure all for that sick boy? LOL!

Looks promising! Fingers crossed that TPTB don't screw it up!

However I do think the actors are doing ok with the story they are given to portray.. Natalia looks somewhat un-nerved by it tho....
doesn't Maurice Benard ever take a vacation???? geez louise....He needs to go on a "Tony Geary vacation" .. I like the guy but I could do with some Sonny respite....

I am liking the Lucas out of the closet story. Even Bobbie's storyline is being done with sensitivity even tho it may not be PC even in PC...
btw.. Lucas's father is a ''bad guy", one of the mob sons .. I think. However we were led to believe that Lucas's dad might have been Robert.. but it was the other fella...
I was thinking the same thing.. glad to see people working at GH again! Liz is getting to be a little like AMY Vining! LOL.. It cracks me up when everybody comes in to chat with this busy nurse.. even asking her "watch the kids for a minute" But I love seeing Lucky come thru those elevator doors!!! Yeee HAA!

I was thinking that the Port Chuck is starting to have only one restaurant.. Couldn't Skye open up another joint?? Please... Skye needs to venture out and get her own life..
oh and those waiters outfits at the MetroCourt are HIDEOUS.. almost S&M material!!

Lucas is not a Spencer or a Jones.. he is the son of Cheryl Stansbury(Tiffany's sister) and Julian Jerome. I think that Cheryl wanted Robert to be the daddy so she said that he was, when in fact he wasn't. Anyway, if I remember she thought that the baby died when she delivered, but he was sold on the black market to Bobbie. Later they found out that Lucas was really Cheryl's because of a birthmark maybe and he went back to Cheryl. Cheryl had some sort of kidney problem (I think) and ended up dying and she left Lucas to the care of Bobbie and Tony. So that's how come Lucas is not a Spencer or a Jones.

Wednesday...Monica suspects a wide spread outbreak when LuLu comes down with a high fever.
Thursday...Lucky and Liz and romantic getaway (that's all it says)
Friday....Robert order a quarantine of the hospital as the encephalitis epidemic spreads.
So I'm guessing he gets to save Robin, since I've read somewhere that her health is treatened during sweeps.

Looks like Feb. sweeps are going to be good. Silly train wrecks be gone.

I had totally forgotten about Julian! Like I said in my earlier post, I had vague recollections of that storyline... I knew that Robert was suspected of being Lucas's dad at one point... thanks for refreshing my memory!

Hey, anyone else remember that Sean Donely lived in the penthouse that Sonny later lived in? Wonder if Robert will move in there now that Reese is dead. Maybe he'll re-establish the secret spy room?

Yes Robert is Robin's father. I have read their meeting is very mixed, as she thought he was dead all these years.

I don't know who Noah married, I think he just left, but did not leave with someone. There was a Anne Logan that he was involved with but I don't think they left married.

This is the GH of my young adulthood (the GH of my youth was Steve, Audrey, Jessie and Phil.

Anyway, I'm so planning my evenings this week so I can stay up till 10 pm and watch soap net every night. I can't wait till next Saturday to see it all on Soapnet in the Afternoon.

I cant believe that no one else saw the commercial on Soap Network with the Brokeback Mountain type music playing, showing Sonny and Jason....the narration was that they are sooooo close, got each other's back....It was really strange.....Hahahahaha....Now that would be a twist of a storyline....

I've been waiting for this one! I couldn't imagine bringing all the other Scorps back without SOME appearance by Anna, espeically after she popped up on AMC alive and well. It just wouldn't make sense for Robert to be back and for no one to let her know.

nezy, Duke was killed (the first time was faked, the second for real) and Robert and Anna eventually remarried. Then Faison came back and Robert and Anna were (assumed) killed in the boat explosion.

I haven't read anything concrete, but it is looking more like a Spencer/Cassadine connection. Something with Alexis and her "When I was 16..." comment a few days ago. Also Sam is supposed to be having a dream about her Mother/family and Alexis is in it. Alexis is her Mom? Or she is the REAL Kristina? How was her baby able to match baby Kristina so well (besides the Corinthos genes)?

There is also a thing about Lucky saving All His Siblings during the epidemic. Some are speculating Sam is included and might be a twin to Nik which would be the Spencer connection. She wouldn't really be a Spencer though, just related to Lucky and LuLu through Laura.

Those are the 2 that are the best bets out there.
