We got free dining. I was on hold 8 minutes and called at 7 am Mickey time.

anyone else not able to check ressie online at the DW site, I keep getting a message that says "system down". What will it say to reflect free dining?

just tried to check and this is what I got...

This site is temporarily too busy to process your request. Please try again later.

I guess all the DISer's that got ressies are now checking them to make sure they got free dining...

I was on hold first thing this a.m. at 7:00 - got through about 7:30 but when the CM was looking up my dates the line went dead!!!!!!! I tried calling back and got all circuits busy , then I had to leave to take kids to school. Now I'm back on hold at 9:00 and am sick because I needed specific dates (DD 16th b-day) This is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I just got through and made a ressie for ASMu and got a confirmation #!!! Then, I went on www.disneyworld.com to the my vacation page to look it up online. I input my ressie # and phone # and it says "Sorry we are not able to display your reservation at this time". Did something go wrong or is it just too soon or too busy?

I've been on hold for an hour now. Trying to be as patient as possible. We are hoping for CSR 9/15-9/24, or somewhere in that time frame as we are fairly flexible. Anyone know if those dates for CSR are full? And if so, are there any other Mods available during that time?

On a side note, a few days ago, I reserved this time frame at POP, without dining nor tickets. At that time, I wasn't aware of the free dining, and tickets through work were much cheaper than through Disney. Anyway, anyone know if its possible to apply the free dining code to this reservation? I guess the reason I am asking is that I read a few posts saying that POP was full during this time. TIA

I finally got through to GG after well over 2 hrs holding, and their computers are down...the CM took my name and number and will call me back - I'm not holding my breath for any changes to happen....

It takes a while for them to get your resevation on line. I think one time I hear it could take 24 hours. I'm sure if you have a ressie your set! Congrat!

I finally got through to GG after well over 2 hrs holding, and their computers are down...the CM took my name and number and will call me back - I'm not holding my breath for any changes to happen....

Are you doing a GG...I had 11 of us and told her that I did NOT want to do a GG and she was able to book me

I just go through to a CM and we wanted to book POP but she said it was full so now I'm stuck with All-Stars Music. Oh well, beggers can't be choosers.

If the offer is still available, I would try back in two weeks to see if anything has opened up...the reason I say two weeks is cause that is how long evryone has to put a deposit and then their ressie automatically cancels.

YAY! I am all booked up!
I was dialed in promptly at 7 AM Mickey Time, and was on hold for exactly 1 hour. I had the NICEST CM! We got everything we wanted; POR for 5 people from 9/20-9/29, tix with park hopper and water park options for 10 days, FREE DINING, Magical Express, and we also booked our airfare through Disney. Grand Total: $4747. I also made my ADRs and got everything I wanted, although Le Cellier was HARD... I had to take what I could get on that one, he said it is booking solid and fast.
But it is done, it is all paid for, and I am GOING TO WDW!!

I was planning on doing that (originally we were wanting to go the 1st through the 6th of September) but then my son really wanted an extra day....he said he wants a full week LOL, such a disney addict at 12. Anyhow....I asked for the 1st through the 7th and they had it! OMGoodness....I'm so excited! All our ADRs are booked and we even got the extra room for our hopefully completed adoption by that time

The CM thought it was funny that I was booking for a child we don't have yet, but understood that it would be harder to get free dining later and so she booked the extra connecting room for us (only a few laughs when I mentioned it was for my imaginary child) She asked if I was sure I had the two other children listed on the ressies.....LOL

We booked including our ever illusive Aurora Grace. We have been waiting for 17 months so she should be home by then. I know what you mean though. How old is your child? Are you waiting to be matched?
