I am guessing that all the allocated rooms are gone. The CM actually said that 9/22-9/29 was completely sold out for all the monorail resorts (Poly, GF, CR).

What did you end up getting then??

Coming up with backup plan...but with all of the monorail resorts taken, those were our backup plans!!

I got through at 7 exactly. Got connected to potentially the rudest CM in the world. She barked through the requirements (name, address, phone number etc...) Then took my dates, my resort, everything was going smoothly. Then she asked me for a code Which at this point it was 7:03 and no one had posted it yet LOL. So I start looking around the disboards, mousesavers etc....and see NOTHING. She insists that i cannot book unless i have a Disney Visa....i start freaking (inside lol) and I insist that i have seen an official disney press released detailing that this package is to be offered to the general public today, and that i have a link to a newspaper article i can refer her to, but that i know it is to be available to everyone today. She put me on hold. Came back and magically i had a confirmed reservation I had to fight to get it LOL. Then she starts making a fuss about the fact that I have another reservation under my name saying that it overlaps with the one im currently making...um no. I have a reservation at the Polynesian from August 25th - Sept 2nd and then my current reservation starts on Sept 2nd and ends the 9th. She was so rude and off-putting that I forgot to book Magical Express so im back on the phone. I'm also double checking that i WAS given a package with Dining (yes, im paranoid lol) She did say with Dining and the total indicates it is FREE.

My CM used the visa code, I told her there is another code and said it's ok and used that one. She made me put the deposit down, I was going to wait a few days but not a biggie.

I already have a ressie for those dates at the Poly using the 40% off code, so I still have a room at a decent rate. The CM told me that the Beach Club was still available for my dates. Good luck to you!!
