Your best bet is to keep an eye on this forum...people will be reporting it as soon as it comes out (assuming that it will come out).

Just asked this on another thread, but this one seems like a better place to ask....

Couple of questions about free dining....just in case!!!

1. Where's the best place to find out about free dining for Disney visa holders? I have the Disney visa and did free dining last year - but didn't book until June - so I wasn't in on it during the early days. Where did those of you with disney visa's find out about it last year??? (as I'm typing I'm thinking that the DIS should have the answer as soon as it's released)

2. I am already booked during the speculative free dining time, with the 40% deal. I will not change that as the 40% discount is better than free dining for us. BUT - if they do have free dining again, I want to book a trip for my sister-in-law while we are there. Question- Can I book her trip, making the ressie under her name, with my Disney visa?? I'd pay it off for her and she'd pay us back. But is that allowed? Ressie under one name, credit card under a different? Would I have to be there with her as she checks in?? (trip would be paid off before check-in)

Thanks in advance for the info. And, oh, by the way......COME ON FREE DINING!!! We want to take our little sister with us!!

Last year, my mother-in-law paid for our honeymoon in DIS on her credit card. There wasn't a problem when we checked in and did not have her card nor was she with us. So book your sister-in-law!

awesome on the cat names - do you really have 8? we have three and that's a handful, they are all so different with different personalities! We have 1 dog and fish, too!

LOL, does your hubby use different voices each time??? That's funny....my hubby already thinks I'm crazy because I put everything in the Passporter, I can't imagine what he'd think if I made him call Disney multiple times a day or week. But then again, he enjoys our cheaper vacations too so he's glad I do it.

Wasn't it announced before you could actually book it last year? I would think it would be written somewhere with when it could be booked at lease a day before you could actually call in.

I just called CRO...no free dining, yet! but the CM did say "I look forward to hearing from you REAL SOON."
