Hi all, happy Monday! Hope everyone had a good weekend? Mine was pretty non-eventful. Typical weekend of laundry, catching up on sleep, and grocery shopping at 10 o'clock at night because it's still way too hot to go outside during the daytime. Looking forward to the long weekend coming up!

Watching the airfare rates is giving me heartburn... I would be so much happier if we had flights booked. Somebody needs to run a good sale!!

BTW, I love all the photos y'all have posted on the Facebook group -- great shots and beautiful families!!

I promised my DH after the last change (switching Teppan Edo and adding the Fantasmic lunch), I would not change any more ADR's. Now I just have to wait and make payments.

Hi everyone, well changed our itinerary again. We are going to spend 3 days at the portofino at universal studios in order to get front of the line and then spending 3 days at the animal kingdom villas, can't wait oh we are also spending one day at discovery cove then heading down to ft lauderdale for a 10 day Caribbean Cruise. Is there anything to worry about with the cheerleading comp. We will be at Disney Feb 13 - Feb 16

Mandy/Gina- hard choice! We did Chef Mickeys in May at 7am and loved it. At least it gives me something to stress about lol

Ron- that plan sounds AWESOME. I dont think you have to worry at all about the cheerleaders since they stay at the values and moderates for the most part- I have heard they dont affect the parks too much.

I got a sewing machine last Christmas and I've been playing around with some easy projects. I did a bit of sewing in high school (a very long time ago)

I actually found some tutorials on how to make a no-sew tutu and fairy wings, so the Tink costume will not require any sewing if I can find the right top (either a green halter or bodysuit). I will share the links of the videos if anyone cares to be crafty:

Welcome!! I'll get ya added to the list (which is on page 11 of this thread). I think there were a lot more people booked for that time but when they announced FD it changed things up a bit

Hey all!

So who's really bored and wants to plan out our days for us since we've changed weeks now?

We'll be there February 12-17. I know we want to start at MK (12th)and end at MK (17th) and we have CRT for breakfast on Tuesday the 15th so will be doing MK that day as well (no park hoppers and we wanted to do MK 3 times anyways). We are also on the QSDP so no ADRs except for CRT.

I'm not sure if we want to do Fantasmic or not. I'm leaning towards not as I think my daughter will be afraid of it and it would pull more people to that park so free up another park (maybe?).

We try to avoid EMH days so based on that and what you said...

Sat 12: MK- it will be a bit more crowded but its your arrival day (ours too) so MK is a great place to start- we plan on eating dinner in the park and watching the parade/fireworks this day

Sun 13: AK- for some odd reason the crowd calendar Dee posted thinks AK is the park to avoid- However I dont see how that can be. No EMHs posted for AK- (I would avoid MK-EMHs and DHS- fantasmic this day)

Mon 14: EP- (avoid MK-night parade, and DHS- EMHs)

Tues 15: MK- great day to do MK- no EMHs, no night parade

Wed 16: DHS- no fantasmic offered (as of yet) on this day so if you dont mind missing it this is when I would go (avoid AK- emh)

Thur 17: MK- this will be another busy day at MK since its a EMH morning and the night parade is offered- though half the crowds will be at DHS to see Fantasmic I think

And then: We will see you on the 12, 13, 14, and 15th at the parks
