About the all black outfits: there are over 300 powerful women in the entertainment industry like producer Shonda Rhimes, and A-lister actresses like Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Emma Stone, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman, who have formed a coalition in Hollywood called, Time's Up, in solidarity against the sexual harassment within the show biz industry and other industries. They will be purposely wearing a black outfit, SO that when asked on the Red Carpet who they are wearing and why, they can speak up, over and over (and possibly over and over,) about the cause. Some men like Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, are joining in solidarity too. As the men are already wearing black tuxes or suits, I guess look for black shirts too?
