I'm in that same boat with you, girl! We should have park hours in approximately 2 weeks or so. They've come out on or near the 13th of the month for the last 3 months. I'm so eager to get my final itinerary set in stone, and my ADR wishlist plotted out! I've already got everything penciled in, based on the Dec. 2014 and Nov. 2015 park hours. But I can't actually finalize anything until we get our real December hours! I can't wait!

I am twiddling my thumbs until the hours come out. I had everything "penciled in" before the November hours came out for the first half of my trip. Then, they did away with Saturday EMH at MK and made some other unexpected (to me) changes from last year. Now, I don't know if I'm coming or going! I think I need to ditch the original plan and start again when the Dec hours are released.

I agree, the first part of my trip is the end of Nov and everything I had planned isn't lining up at all with the park hours. I got 31 days to make a game plan before booking my ADR's so hopefully I can come up with a plan that works well.

How difficult do you guys think getting CRT reservation for 6 will be for the first week of December? I have had great success getting it in Jan but was unsure about December.

Got a email about a room discount. Calling tonight to see how much I would save using it. If not much I'm going to just use are dvc points. Kinda want to save those for May 2016.

Okay - made another change this morning. Instead of CR, we've moved our ressie to WL. It's where we stayed last time, and with me having missed so much work, it fits the budget better.

HI, just booked Dec 18-25 at POP- am I crazy? It will be myself and my DD20. We were there last summer and she did completed the college internship program ( worked at Electric Umbrella ) in Jan. Couldnt pass up free dining ( Paid for the upgrade to regular dining plan) and want to be there for the holidays ( havent been there at Christmas since 2000. Will try and catch up on other posts... Any word on when hours will be posted as well as the Candle Light information? Thanks

27 days, 14 hours til ADR day for me, but who's counting? Lol

I'm finding myself a little anxious to tie everything down, but I don't want to even look at it again until the park hours are released. And my PTO is approved. (Ugh. I'm STILL waiting. I hate having a job some days. But then, I couldn't go to Disney. )

We booked December 15th through the 23rd...The time of year frightens me, but we will just have to go with the flow!

We will be at CBR again! Have not been there since the main pool was re-done. Can't wait!

It is always worth a shot. I've never been in December, but everything I've read says that the first week or two have duper low crowds. I say go for it!

On another note, my PTO was finally approved today! It took them 6 weeks to handle the bid, but I got all the days I needed for my trip!

Staying at Wilderness Lodge November 27-December 5, 2015 to celebrate my DD17 high school graduation (May 2016 - celebrating a little early- she loves WDW at Christmas time the best!). Can we be added to the list? Thanks!

Changed our resort reservation to Shades of Green- here's hoping it's as incredible as we've heard that it is!

We love Shades of Green. We have stayed at many different resorts and we miss Shades when we aren't there. The food isn't the best but we don't eat there. The walk to the Poly is great and we find ourselves at Captain Cooks many times before we head back to the room if we are hungry at the end of the night.

My husband, daughter (will be 18 for trip), daughter's friend (will be 17 for trip), and myself are booked at the Wilderness Lodge December 15-27 with free dining. We may end up dropping the 15th and arriving on the 16th instead, but we haven't decided this for sure yet. Does anyone have any suggestions for what MVMCP to attend? We originally thought the party on the 17th would be better than the last party of the season (the 18th), but I suppose they will both end up being sold out in the end.

I do need some advice about the MVMCP, I'm not sure which night I want to go. Either Tuesday- Dec 1st or Thursday Dec. 3. Which night would be less crowded?

Tuesdays are usually the least crowded night, but I think the 1st will be the first party since before Thanksgiving (no parties over the holiday weekend), and that party is usually pretty busy (sometimes a sell out). I'd go with the 3rd.

Thank you! I was leaning towards the 3rd. There's one on the 4th( my birthday), but since that's a Friday i know it will be crowded.

Definitely go during the week if you can, weekdays are always less crowded than weekends. Consider it starting your birthday a day early!
