Ok, I am now a bit confused. This past Friday I received a pin code that included the dates we are going in December. The email was addressed to me using my first name. Now today I get another pin code with the same offer but it is addressed to my by using my legal last name. Now I am not complaining, I am just curious how did I end up with two?

I called on Sunday to see if there was a code attached to my reservation and she told me that there wasn't because it's too far out yet and to keep checking their website because there will "most likely" be one closer to my date of arrival.

I do everything everyone else does as far as saving trips, ordering the DVD, mobile sign up, etc and never get emails from them.

Sunny dont give up~ Just keep making those changes/adjustments something can happen. When I called and found out I had a PIN it really surprised me, esp since we haven't been to WDW since 1998.

I have never seen a pin code or a discount for the week between Christmas and New Year's. The past two years there was a pin code that went THROUGH Christmas week, but you had to check in by the 15th in 2008 and the 17th in 2009. Your dates are the busiest dates of the entire year, they don't really have a need to fill rooms during that timeframe.

Pur TA tried the pin code on our currently booked CL GV room at the Poly. No rooms CL GV are available using that pin. We can upgrade to a CL TV and still save close to $700. Of course I told her to do that. I really wanted to add two days instead of upgrading.

That is an upside to the situation. Also, since my TA attached my neighbors trip with mine (our families are going together) the pin code applies to her reservation too!

Due to a pin code our dates have changed to 12/4-12/12! We will also be staying CL TPV instead of CL GV! Thanks to everyone for giving me suggestions on how to get a pin code!

I talked to my sister last night and she says they might not be able to go with us due to finances. I had booked a bounceback for her and us and got the Contemporary for 40% off. She had thought about downgrading, but says it's the flights that are the budget breaker. This is a bummer.

Did you call and ask if there was a pin code available for you? That's what I did and had one. I didn't get an email or anything in the mail, still havent. I would have never known I had it if I didnt call and ask. I would try calling, its worth a shot!

My TA said she checked for me and the only pin code she could find was the Alice one which was the right discount, but only until August.

I am so hoping for something to bring down the 5k plus price of the Nov trip.

Awww that is so nice. Thank you so much for the thought. I guess I will just have to keep holding my breath to see what happens. My luck has been poopy this week so I am hoping next week will bring so better vibes

I was originally going to take the kids with another family in November and that family has backed out due to a number of things. We just went to Disney this past June and my DH is "disneyed out" ...He loves us though and told me to take the kids and said that he will stay home with the dog My parents have stepped up and said that they want to go, so we have changed our dates to December 4 - 11 and we are staying at POR instead of POP. I am so excited to be staying at POR and am looking forward to a quieter resort...even though we love POP, the change will be nice. DD does not know about the trip, so I am going to suprise her for her 10th birthday which happens to be November 26.

Guess I need to change my countdown timer now.
