There's something about Adam I cannot put my finger on...I think he is a lot more than we have given him credit for because to be quite honest I originally thought he had some sort of mental disability.

Well, there was one high note to the show, when Nat was reading the letter from her Dad saying he was so proud of her on the show and is telling all of his friends to watch her. I wonder if he wrote that before the "under the cover" incident or after

I thought the same thing. My DS is on the spectrum, and when I found out Adam worked for Autism Society (is that right?), and then said what he said about the kids (sorry for the run-on), I told my DH, I'll bet he's somewhere on the spectrum too. It's something about the eyes.

It ranges from totally non-verbal to those like my ds who are verbal but have other autism related issues. Social awkwardenss, obsessions, motor skill deficiencies, sensory processing isuues, and so on.

Yes, I remember that one night on AD. Adam said he almost died. That he actually heard the ambulance drivers mentioning taking Adam to hospital #1 and he always heard his mom say over and over again, if you are in an accident make sure you go to hospital #2!! Adam said he asked the drivers to please, please go to #2. THEY DID and Adam says that is THE ONLY reason he is alive because of the outstanding care he received at #2. He did say that he was in pretty bad shape and that he was taking allot of meds for pain and to help him sleep at night. He said that (as I recall) the accident was not his fault at all, that is was either a drunk driver or someone crossing a median. I also remember Shelia telling the HG's that she was so glad she no longer shared a bed with Adam as he suffered horribly with restless leg syndrome.

holy cow - i didn't know that - no one posted vid clips of him telling that story

that's amazing - he's still a jurk sometimes and that won't excuse him but it's amazing he lived if it was that bad.

Thank you. It really helped that I just watched that video this morning.

Oh my! Josh is now having a total breakdown. He has been sitting at the kitchen counter by himself for a while. And he just broke down sobbing. Adam came in from outside and now Josh is literally crying on Adam's shoulder. He is having a hard time being on slop, not eating and being on the block. It is kinda heartbreaking. Or it may all be just an act. I can't tell.

WELL, I watch the feeds live AND the AD, and she sat at the kitchen table talking to adam, or Ryan...and a few of them and quite a while talked about who was nice on the cast of friends show, she sat there and talked about working on that show till it ended, so I guess I did not hear or see it!
