We arrive on August 13th and I'm getting really nervous about the heat with my kids - mainly all the complaining that will ensue! I had planned to rope rope drop our first two days and not stay too late during the whole trip so the kids get a good night's sleep, but now I'm debating doing mid-day breaks and staying late in the parks so we can enjoy a tiny bit of a heat break in the evenings.

We DO have park hopper passes so I'm now debating on going to parks that have late EMH... is that a bad idea? will they be too crowded?

I don’t necessarily think it’s a bad idea, but it can be more crowded. At least you’ve got the flexibility of hoppers, I’d kind of wait and see what the weather is like and how your family feels.

You can do this for free through Touring Plans, although they want you to get paid subscription. You have to create an account and then after you log in you hit the link to Add a new request. You can have two active searches at a time. When Touring Plans finds an ADR that matches your parameters it sends you an email. It also sends that email to everyone else that was looking for that ADR. Once it sends the mail it is done searching unless you go back to Touring Plans and start the search again. Many times the ADR is gone by the time you log into the Disney site. You just have to be vigilant and keep looking.

We will have his bags on our flight and he will be carrying small back pack so he can go straight to park. We’re staying at Fort Wilderness. He will be taking Magical Express from MCO. What is the quickest way for him to meet us at MK? Can he take ME to Contemporary and walk over? Is there a faster way for him to get there taking ME?

So I'm not sure when I'll get to actually pack my clothes. I watched my neighbors 4 month old today and will watch him tomorrow and Thursday of this week as well. I'll also have him two days next week. We have a friends daughters wedding Friday night and I am making the fruit and apple dip for the wedding so one day I don't have the baby I need to go buy supplies to make the two dips (enough of each to feed 150 people!) plus one day next week I need to do all our grocery shopping so the kids will have food to eat while we are gone. I guess I'll either be packing the majority of my clothes Saturday or Sunday evening.

On a side note, I'm exhausted. My babies are 23 )and married), 21 (and engaged) and 18...I always forget how little you get done with a baby in the house but how exhausting it can be. Thankfully the 18 year old son like kids and helped entertain the baby so I could eat some lunch.

LOL, I can relate. We have 12 days before we leave. My cousin is visiting from England and flies home this Sunday. Monday, I will be catching up on things that haven't been done while he was here and I will be packing to go away for a three day scrapbooking crop Tuesday - Thursday. I will get home Thursday night and be throwing in laundry and packing it as its finished on Friday to fly out Saturday. I need something else to do in my spare time!!!
