Reservations went well this morning for the first part of our split stay trip!!!
We did a late lunch at WCC and took the boat over to MK after. Definitely recommend.2. On our no-park/MNSSHP day I was thinking of resort hopping and finding somewhere for us to have lunch, any recs? We do not want any character meals or buffets.
Thanks!
Aug 24 - AK no breakfast or dinner ADRs, lunch ADR @ Tiffins
Aug 25 - DHS no breakfast or dinner ADR, lunch ADR @ SciFi, also looking at booking the Fantasmic! Dessert VIP - any input on this???
I just did mine in Chrome. In the past, I've used Firefox as well. For those of you who have been able to book ADRs on the website, what internet browser are you using? Chrome didn't work for me at all on Sunday and I ended up using the app which worked great. I have a split stay though and wasn't able to book the whole 180+10 so the second leg of my booking is tomorrow morning & I'm wondering if I would have better luck with Internet Explorer or something. I wouldn't mind using the app again, I just prefer the website- when it works. Thanks!
Ugh bummer for me and the kids that like BoG but a win for DH and the kids that do not care for it lolAccording to a CM I spoke with this morning while try to make an ADR during the dates, it's looking like BOG will be closed for some kind of short refurb August 20-25th. Others here on the boards are reporting the same.

Anyone book BOG dinner today to try out the new menu? I got it for our arrival night 8/18, we've always loved it and we're excited about the changes!
We were planning to do an ADR for 8/16 but with the change to 2 credits and a menu that appeals to only one person in our party, we are going to do an extra 'Ohana dinner instead. We (3/4 of our party) are not adventurous eaters and the menu just didn't make us want to go there now. We've had many lunches and breakfasts there, as well as a couple of dinners. We liked it, but we're ok not having dinner there again. We have a lunch and a PPO breakfast booked at BOG, so we will still get into the castle. We love the lunch there especially.Anyone book BOG dinner today to try out the new menu? I got it for our arrival night 8/18, we've always loved it and we're excited about the changes!

Yep, snails and octopus are not things that my party will eat. At least there are so many places at Disney that we do like... an extra meal at 'Ohana is ok with us. I guess I'm just surprised at the new menu. Some people will like it, but not us. I'm glad we still like breakfast and lunch there. The pressure of finding a dinner at BOG is over.Same here - I had TP reservation finder set up for our party of 7 for August 5-10 and was anxious to find one, but with the change of menu and 3 in the party of 7 who can be picky eaters, no way I'm paying all that money for food that may not be eaten. And there are open reservations for party of 7 for every night we are there so I guess I'm not the only one who would rather go somewhere else than pay the higher price.
Joining in the fun!
I have not booked yet, but planning to book a bounceback when I am there 10 days from now!
Planning on Art of Animation August 16-20. Our first trip to WDW in the Summer.
It will be myself, DH, our boys (12 & 5) and my parents. This will be our 5th time going as a family, but first time my parents are joining us.
We plan to do AK and HS for Toy Story Land, with a day at Typhoon Lagoon. I made ADRs for Ohana dinner - our fav, 1900 Park Far breakfast - will be a first and 50s Prime Time for lunch.
