The "Official" August 2011 Who's going?

We're booked at BLT, a 2BR lockoff, LV. Going with my parents, DH and DD who will be 4.5 (and hopefully a solid 40 inches). It's Friday-Tuesday the second weekend (is that 8/13-8/17)? Might be adding an extra day somewhere. BLT, the beach, Vero, who knows.

We went the same weekend in 2010, totally last minute, to SSR. I love the heat. DD is already complaining about how hot WDW is. Oh well.

Cross fingers for good airfare. ADRs in Feb. Not putting on a ticker until the new year. We never plan out this far.

We can make our ADLs that soon??? WOOHOO!!! Here I was thinking that I was going to be waiting until like March or April. I wasn't able to make the free dining ressies, so not many ADLs to make, since paying out of pocket, but hoping to get 1900 Park Fare for sure.

So glad the discounts end before we go and start after we get there. That happened last year too. Makes the crowds seem just a little better over the weekend.

I am debating, we had reservations for the first week of August, but when the 2011 rates came out, they went up more then we were expecting so we canceled. We made reservations to go to the beach, but now, I have run the numbers again and by cutting a day off and changing our dining, I think we can do it. Doesn't look like there will be any discounts for that week, everything out so far jumps over it. If we go, I am going to try to surprise our kids since they think we are going to the beach, shouldn't be that hard

we are there from the 27th till sept 1 then going on the disney dream for the 3 night cruise. 12 of us in total so far all of us will be at the cbr, but that part may change as my dh and I may do a return stay at the poly instead.

We are going August 19 - 26 and staying at POR. My DH and I are taking our two sons (by then 6 and almost 3) and my Mom is coming with us as well as my ILs. Should be .... interesting. We went with the boys last June, but it was a bit last minute, so I didn't get to make ADRs in advance, etc. I know the ADR date, but feel like I can't start planning actual days until I know the park hours. When will those come out?

Sorry I didn't post details last night. DD was sitting next to me and I had to type quick. I'm hoping to surprise her!
I got my flight out of Detroit for $149 r/t, per person and that included taxes and fees! We are leaving on 8/16-8/23, staying at ASSP. I was going to just get a 5 day hopper pass, but with the difference of only $6 a ticket, I'm going for the 6 day!!!! We'll spend one day at Typhoon Lagoon, and on the last day, head over to DTD one last time. I'm not doing any dining plan, just too much food and costs more than I want to spend on food, so only one ADR to make. I plan on making ressies at 1900 Park Fare for dinner. Haven't counted my 180 days to see when I can make them, so I guess I better get going on that soon.
