My dates still aren't out yet but I did see the new release. I also noticed American had decent prices for April. It is a tough choice. Airfare is always a guessing game. Well at least for me it is. But I don't fly that often.

My dates aren't available yet through SW, but they are the next batch to be released! I am really hoping the prices are decent!! I am definitely back to sort of consideringn American, also. However, the times SW has are more what I am looking for!

Airfare stresses me out!! I also feel like I have to wait to book bc my older daughter starts kindergarten this year at an amazing magnet school. I want to make sure it won't reflect poorly on us....need to find attendance policies and such! I don't worry about her missing a week (I will make sure she is caught up) but I get paranoid about school policy and stuff. I have a deep fear that they will decide my girls can't go to that school the next year if we take a vacation (which is basically crazy and I've never heard of it happening). I will just feel better after talking to the school

Can't wait to confirm everything!!! Trying to decide how to best make it a Christmas surprise! I have already laid down groundwork for my husband thinking we won't be able to go in 2016...Bwahahahaha!

My flights were United, but b/c of the merger now it is American.

I am booked at AoA in a LM mermaid room. I was considering shifting over to POP though if a sale comes that doesn't include LM rooms. I've stayed at POP before in the Lady and Tramp area and it was a perfect distance from the buses, food, etc. I'm a little worried about the walk from LM to that stuff b/c I hear mixed things. Feel free to offer any suggestions, advice, etc.

I'm debating how to do the Christmas surprise! I'm thinking about buying special Magic Bands for each of us that can be linked later (I know my husband loves the new Grumpy one and one daughter loves the castle one) and putting them in the box from our last trip....and then putting a print off of our plans/ADRs with it. I'd just make it to the whole family, from Santa. Only issue with that is I don't have a Magicband I love!! Lol....another option is to have family shirts made and wrapped? Or I guess I could save money and just wrap park maps with our plans, and make a fancy note saying we are goingn to DisneyWorld. Any opinions!?

All I know for sure is that it will be the last gift opened!

I like the personalized shirts!! I think it makes for a great family photo when you are there and is a fun keepsake from the trip. You could even have the kids get theirs autographed by the characters. All your reveal ideas are cute! Got video the response.

It will be a great surprise no matter what you decide. My best friend and I did a scavenger hunt last year to surprise our boys for our November trip. (The hardest part was keeping the surprise! ) It is worth it in the end. I think family shirts would be really cute, though.

What about the Made with Magic Ear hats...they light up to the Wishes Fireworks display? You can also buy Mickey's Made with Magic Wand to use it on the hats at home. They look wicked cool.

We're - or maybe I should say "I am" at the toying-with-the-idea stage, targeting Spring Break next year (week of April 4th). Our last Disney trip was Christmas 2013, and we thought it would be a while before our next (after having been MANY times before then), but... again... toying. DH may be up for it if we can work in a trip to Universal while we're there, so we'd likely be looking at a split stay to take advantage of front of line at Harry Potter (especially during high crowd time!).

Question is this - do you guys know if there will be anything new by next April (since January 2014)? I feel a little guilty going before any big new developments, i.e., Avatar, expanded TSM, rumored Star Wars, etc...

Our last Disney trip was Christmas 2013, and we thought it would be a while before our next (after having been MANY times before then), but... again... toying. I have read that Rivers of Light (new night time show at AK) *should* be completed in March. I believe Disney Springs should be completed as well. Me personally, I can't wait to try the new Adventureland restaurant! Maybe someone else can chime in if they know anything...

My perfect time of year to go would be October, but since my kids are older (DS starts High School in a week and a half…eek!!), I really cannot take them out of school anymore. However, when they were little, we did in a heartbeat. This will be our third April trip.

I'm still trying to finish up my trip report from this past April. I love going through the pics and reliving it all over again. We went to Universal for a few nights and stayed at the Royal Pacific resort. There was someone here who was thinking of staying onsite over there and I would highly recommend it! We loved it and my kids want to go back already! If you're interested, the link to my almost finished trip report is in my signature, and I have LOTS of pics from Universal, as well as WDW…flower and garden, etc.

Can you please update my info bc I just changed my resort reservation from AoA to All Star Sports. My son saw the sports theme pictures and told me he wanted to be there instead of in a "mermaid" room.... it saved almost $300 to switch so I went for it.

Jumping in onto the list. My boyfriend and I will be cruising the 22-25 and hitting the parks 25-29. Not sure where we are staying. Bonnet Creek is so cheap for our dates ($258 who can pass that up??) but I've never stayed offsite so I'm torn. Might spend a little more and stay at POFQ. I almost don't care where we stay b/c we are park people sunup to sundown. I'm just excited to go again it's been a few years and never been without kids (or with him for that matter)

we're in! april 26 - may 3. booked at the poly right now, but waiting to see what deals might come out. me, DH, DS who'll be 7 at the time, DD who'll be 3, and my parents. so excited to splurge on a delux, we hit parks in the morning and hotel in the afternoon so it will be nice to have a monorail resort. plus i'm sure we'll have at least one hotel day. maybe i should really commit and figure out how to do a ticket, etc.

We have been annual passholders since 2012 and we are in NH, LOL!
