Ahhhhh I can't take it! We have our trip fully paid for, we have the spending money, now we are just waiting to leave. April 5th can't come soon enough!

I've decided to use my tax refund to celebrate at Disney World this April with my daughter, for her 16th b-day. We haven't been in several years, so We're looking forward to soaking it all in again! :)

We decided to visit Art of Animation in a Little Mermaid room, to check out the new resort. We'll be visiting from April 17 - April 21 & we're hoping the crowds aren't too bad. I'm looking forward to the weather!

Nice! We are going from April 5th to 12th, staying at the POR. We need time to fly by.

Hello all,

I'm a Disney World newbie, DL vet. We'll be visiting April 25-May 2, staying at Pop.

We told our dd last night, she is thrilled of course. ;) She picked out her magic band color with a big smile on her face. :)

Changed our dates and resort since the last time I posted (Story of my life :rotfl2: ) We are now coming April 11- April 17, staying at Pop Century! The wait is KILLING me!!!!

We just got an email from Disney asking us to log on because they are getting ready to ship us our magic bands and they want us to verify our address!!! I can't take the wait anymore!

Hi everyone!

My DBF and I will be staying at OKW April 22-27!

It will be my birthday trip and his first time at a Disney park!

When we started dating he said he would never set foot in a Disney park, so this is huge that he not only agreed to go, but is also getting excited! Any suggestions to make this trip magical for a non-Disney person would be greatly appreciated! :thumbsup2:goodvibes

Does he like to eat? Drink? Roller coasters? Stage shows? Very exciting to be visiting for the first time. Will you be staying on site?

Eating and drinking will definitely be occurring during the trip! I am thinking of planning one afternoon to drink around the world, but us sharing drinks. Neither of us wants to down 11 drinks in one day!

He has never been on a roller coaster or to any sort of theme park. I'm not sure which roller coaster over at MK to try first! Suggestions?

We are staying onsite at Old Key West. Last time I stayed there I thought it was a little quieter and more relaxed. Relaxation is something he is looking for, so I think that resort will work well for us.

We have one nice dinner at Jiko planned, which is really excited for, as he was raised in South Africa. The selection of South African wines might be his favorite thing right now!

Neither of us wants to down 11 drinks in one day! Totally understandable. I believe there is an App that tells you about the different drinks around the world or it helps you keep track of them.

Then you have Splash Mountain that is a water ride, in which you will get wet, that is a headliner as well.

You have been to Disney before since I see all of your stays. What did you mainly do at the parks?

Hello, everyone! We recently booked Pop Century for April 4-9th. It will be my DH, 3 year old DD (her first trip!) and myself. So excited!

Looking forward to getting away from this Michigan weather!

I also sent a request for the FB page. Thanks!
