Okay last thoughts on last night till next season;

Both of them did well.
Nothing too amazing.
But they both sucked on the third song. Its wasnt a good song though so cant fault them.

Adam better win. Although I guess he'd be better off not winning so hes not pinned to a contract...
My problem with Kris is he sounds the same with every song he has sang on the show. Basically the same tempo, same phrasing, same everything. I do like Kris but hes been too repetitive throughout the season.

I like both of them but Adam better win it.
Either way they'll both be successful, no doubt.

Oh and question to the Adam haters:
Enlighten me please, Why dont you like him ?

I thought Adam was pretty good on the first song. It was a bit dramatic, but at least there wasn't any screaming! His voice sounded really great in it.

I loved Kris's first and second song. I fell asleep before his third performance (darn tylenol PMs!) but he's really my kind of artist. I see him singing laid back, relaxed, acoustic-y, and even politically/socially relevant kind of songs. Like Jack Johnson. That's my favourite kind of music, so yay Kris.

Kris is so shy though! He's always slumping a little and rarely says much. It's kind of sweet.

I didn't like Adam's performances last night. He is a little too dramatic for my tastes.

I voted for Kris last night. If he doesn't win, I'll be very disappointed. He has a voice that's easier on the ears. Adam can sing, but he plays with his range and dynamics a little too much. He sounds like he should be on Broadway or something.

Dial Idol has Kris Allen slightly beating Adam Lambert but its in yellow so its too close to call.

so far dial idol has predicted every finale right, I hope they got this one right

There are two main reasons why I dislike Adam

1) The screaming, he screams too much and screaming is not singing

2)He's creepy, a lot of his performances scared me. Ring of Fire is still giving me nightmares

Well, Kara, I don't like Adam because he screams too much. He oversings, and gets commended for it. He has a nice voice, don't get me wrong there. He doesn't sing my type of music, and I doubt that he ever will. This is more personal, but his performance of Ring of Fire gave me nightmares. I agree with Randy Travis, shaking his head in the crowd.

I think that if Adam wins, he'll have a great career. If he doesn't win, he'll have a great career. So let's have Kris win, AI has never had a contestant like him. He reminds me of Mraz and Mayer, so he's an automatic win.

im never going to watch AI again if Adam friggin Lambert wins.
i hate him. i hated how he butchered Ring of Fire. an amazing song and he made it sound like trash!

everyone was like you just hate him because he is gay.
i could friggin care less if he is gay. he is a terrible singer and i dont think he would do good in the music industry.

Time to weigh in on tonight.


Round 1:

Adam-I didnt like the performace, Simon was right it was way too dramatic. Vocals were ok

Kris-amazng, really did a great job and showed why he's in the finale



Round 2:

Adam-very good, showed off his vocals, no screaming

Kris-it was ok, I didnt like how Randy and Kara slammed the song pick and Kris didnt even pick it



Round 3:

Adam-didnt like it, pitch problems in the beginning and I didnt like his version of the song

Kris-I liked the version of the song, but the vocals werent great

I agree with both of those comments that I bolded.

I though Adam did a fabulous job on the first song. Kris was great too. A tie between them for round 1.

On the second song, I was so bored with Adam. Kris did better.

On the third song, both of them sucked. The song was stupid, and neither of them sounded good. If I had to choose between them, I choose Kris.

Kris won the night for me. Hes grown on me, and I now like him more than Adam. I hope Kris wins. Adam is really getting on my nerves. I liked him from his audition, until about 2/3 weeks ago.

Neither of them were good last night they were both very pitchy at times, Danny was the best one in my eyes and he shouldve been battling for the win last night.

WOW


I like Kris and wanted him to win........but WOW didnt see that coming


Kris himself was shocked, Ryan was shocked, Simon looked mad/shocked, everyone but Adam seemed shocked


Congrats to Kris, that was defientely the biggest upset in reality T.V. history

The whole show was amazing, I have never seen so many stars at once.


The groupe performance of "So What" was very fitting. "Kiss a Girl" was amazing, I want Kris to put out a country record now "Glamorous" was really good, so was "Im Yours".


When Kiss and Queen came out I thought I was going to die. Getting those two groups to perform must have been a task!

i dont think kris deserved it.
adam is pure talent from head to toe.
i find it amusing simon looked utterly unimpressed when kris was announced the winner.
i think kris is a good singer.
but adam is talent.
that boy will get signed no matter what, so really theres no reason to be upset. :]
