I'm not sure what shoes I will wear at this point. I had just broken in a new pair of Birkenstocks right before I fell
I had planned on switching off between those and some old comfy sneakers. Now it will depend on whether I am in a boot or not. None of my shoes are an even height with the boot, except maybe some wedges. I used to only go to the parks two days in a row max and would wear Old Navy flip flops, wedges, or random tennis shoes. I wanted to make sure I was extra comfortable this trip since we were spending five days in the parks.
Side note: I was able to get an earlier appointment with physio, so instead of Monday I go Friday. I have put a little weight on my ankle in the boot. Hopefully they can help me start walking. I am a bit scared even though I don't have any pain anymore.
