Curious what everyone's advice to me would be. I did my last really long run (just over 10 miles) about 2 months ago and haven't stuck to my training plan as rigorously as I'd like. But, I consistently do 2-4 runs a week, each averaging 4.5 miles. I've thrown a couple of 7-milers in there (tonight included) and had been planning on a 10-miler this weekend - but do you think that is just to close to the actual race? Am I going to be spent trying to do two long runs (plus at least one shorter midweek run next week) that close together? I know I can finish - I did the W&D last year and know I can finish. I was just hoping for a bit of a time improvement and was thinking another long run might help build stamina and confidence....
What do y'all think?

. I managed to get the kids on the bus and fell back into bed after some more meds. I finally got up around 10am and still had a bit of a headache. It wasn't debilitating, but there was no way I could run very far. On top of that, it is raining...that all-day, miserable kind of rain
. Bummer, because I really wanted to go about 9 miles today.
. On Tuesday, I have a brief meeting at work but I should still be able to run for about an hour or so. It won't be too long, distance-wise, but at least I can squeeze in another run. I'll also have to get almost all of my packing done on Tuesday because I have one more day of work on Wednesday.

Sorry to hear about the migraine. Feel better!
