I would love love LOVE to dance for Disney.

I told my brother I wanted to be a professional dancer, work for Disney, and work on a cruise ship. He said "Dance on a Disney cruise ship." Haha.

I'm restarting tap lol but i cant do hip hop do to Volley Ball... i g2g to dance in a few moments tonight i have 1 ballet class and 2 jazz classes and i'm probally going to help out in the level 1 class

OMG I can't believe it took me THIS long to find this thread! Why didn't anybody PM me? Gosh!

Anyway I've been a dancer for 10 years. Started when I was 2. Now I'm on two competition teams. Ballroom team and the regular competition team. I do/have done ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, pom, lyrical, modern, jive, cha cha, mambo, rhumba, waltz, foxtrot, tango, swing, westcoast swing, and last but not least broadway. I don't think there's a dance I HAVEN'T done.

your never to young to set you goals high, i was 4 years old when i knew what i wanted to do when i grew up and i still want to become a teacher!

i just entered my 12th year of dance this past september. the dance studio i attend is non competve which is cool. every 5 years you dance there u get an award so i got my 5 year when i was in 4th grade and got my 10 year when i was in 9th grade, my instructor said i could stay until i get my 15 year award. i have taken tap, jazz hawaiian, tumbling, ballet, lyrical and hip hop over the past 12 years. we have a recital in may. last recital i did a solo to sweet 16 cuz i turned 16 in 2006 this year my cousin and i are doing a duet and she is 8 so i was being nice and gave in to do a hannah montana song. we also have a preformance group which i am in and we go to disneys magic music days every other year.(we went this past summer) they are alot of fun. i think it is neat to dance in disney we get to go behind the scenes at the magic kingdom cuz that where we danced and we get to go behind the scences and meet a real disney dancer who gives us a workshop where they pretend you are auditing to become a disney preformer. so anyone out there who is went who danced in the magic music days knows how hot it gets under those stage lights! oh and this year the classes im taking are private(duet pratice) jazz, lyrical,hip hop preformance i really love tap but its on a differnet night and i would like to stick to one night a week i know for my senior year ill take tap cuz ill be able to drive myself

Wow our competition team does one performance thing every year which we began doing last year and they went to Disneyland last year for Magic Music days which i was unable to go do to a sceduling messs up(Long story short they gave us the dates and so we planned our WDW vacation around that and then they changed there dates to the dates we were in WDW) So I couldnt go but we are going to Silverwood this year ( Big West Coast theme park kinda similar to Knots Berry Farm) and we are going back to Disneyland next year for Magic Music days so we compete and also perform

im in level six of irish dance. i just came home from competition in south carolina, and i got a first and a second in two of my dances! ive been trying for 2 years in the same competition level to get out of it and now i have two dances up! (last month i got a first in something else). im sorry if that doesnt makes sense, but i have to go (im technically not supposed to be on the computer right now) and i really wanted to tell someone! im just thrilled, ya know?
