Yes, as long as they're is availability with the discount.

last years dates were and the GP offer was released on August 1:

September 29 - October 2
October 18 - November 2
November 11 - 23
December 12 - 22


Some Resorts are excluded. These include: Art of Animation, All Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, Campsites at Ft. Wilderness, and 3-bedroom villas. A 3 night minimum stay (14 night maximum) and two day minimum park ticket is required for each person in the party.

Am I the only crazy one planning for October 2015?!?!
I have some questions if anyone knows
Not sure if it's do-able but we've always wanted to see the Christmas decorations.
We were thinking of arriving some time around October 25-28 to do mnsshp ( and horror nights) and hoping that by the following weekend we can do very merry Christmas party. Not sure if it will be offered then. We are staying for
14 days .
Also last time we went it was sept21-oct 4 and got the free dining plan.
Any idea if it's offered late in October?
I'm planning in making the room ressie sooner rather than later and then adding discounts as they become available.
Assuming the fd isn't offered .... And all I can get would be room discount... Does it make sense to stay at ASMo? Or should I try a moderate maybe even deluxe IF the price difference between full price (no discount) at ASMo and a discounted room elsewhere isn't that huge?
Hope that word vomit makes sense.

We're coming for the Tower of Terror race and are hoping for free dining. I let my annual pass expire after marathon weekend in January so I'll need a new one to cover the races I'm doing this fall/winter and I would love to get free dining and just upgrade my ticket to an annual pass. From last year's dates it looks like FD ended the Wed before the race weekend and though we'd like to just do Thurs-Mon, I may have to convince the girls I'm going with that an extra day and free food is a must!

Does anyone know if you only have your room booked (RR) and you get your tickets through Undercover Tourist and FD or the RO discount comes out are you still eligible or do you need to have a package booked to get the dicounts? I'm trying to determine if I should get my tickets at UT and save money but I don't want to risk not being eligible for the RO or FD if it comes out end of Oct. Thanks for your help!!

If you have an existing reservation and a discount comes out, you can call and ask that the discount be applied to your ressie. If the resort and room type you have is available at that time, they will add the discount. If not, you may have to move room type/resort to get it. But it can be applied to an existing reservation.

The only thing to keep in mind is that FD can only be a package and you'd need to add at least 2 day tickets. You can have a RO discount applied if you already have UT tickets though.

Actually, you can add a discount to any existing reservation provided there is availability. If you have a room only reservation, and want FD, that would have to be cancelled and rebooked as a package with park tickets (minimum 2 day base for everyone age 3 and up). A room discount can be added to either a room only reservation or a package reservation. If you book a package, but want to switch to a room only and decide to purchase tickets elsewhere, the package would have to be cancelled and rebooked as a room only. Room onlys and packages are two separate reservation systems.

Last year, we didn't find out until August. Those are the same dates we are booking.

Has anyone come back from Disney and seen the bounce back? I am wondering what the BB offer is right now. If they are already offering the FD for the October time frame, then it is likely they will offer to the public later on. Just saying....

They do not offer a FD bounceback for Oct, only late Aug-Sept dates for the following year. That is offered in the late summer and fall. Currently, the bounceback is a room discount for select dates throughout 2014. When the bounceback changes in August, it will likely be for FD in Aug/Sept 2015.
