The night before hotel/airport/transportation question

These boards are GREAT !!! Were doing our first Dis cruise on March 23, with WDW first. We have purchased the transfers through Disney,but are flying in late the night before and staying at HOJO near the airport, so my questions are......How do we get to the Disney bus after getting dropped back off at the airport by the hotels shuttle bus and what about our luggage? I understood that if we were flying straight in that Disney would take care of it. Will a CM or someone be there for us to give it to?

We're staying in the hotel right in the airport and I was wondering the same thing. According to the good folks on these boards, it's very easy to find the CMs in the airport and just hop on the buses. My only concern is that the last time we did this they met us right near the gate in the secure area of the airport. Since we won't be able to get in there without tickets, I'm not sure where to go. We're going to get up early, just to give ourselves time to find the buses. I'm sure it's much easier than I'm imagining, it always is!

If your staying at the Hyatt, tell them when you check in, they will give you a packet telling you when to set you luggage out, and when to sign-up for the busses. We went a little earlier than they mentioned, and we were on the first bus to the terminal.

The agents will be at the exit of where the trains in the main terminal with a sign for DCL.

You're fine - when I was flying home from WDW in June, the Castmembers were out in the main atriums outside of the secured area!

That HoJo is where we're staying before the 1/4/03 Western cruise, too! Small world!
