not really a carb monitor...eat some bread but avoid baked goods, tend to stay away by choice and not diet.

well....I am buying an expensive photo tomorrow and sending APS a big check tomorrow to cover our months that we are in Oregon and going to a foster child office tomorrow to see how I can pay it forward on purchasing expensive appliances for children who have fostered out into adults and now living on their own....I have not bought myself a new appliance in years....all of ours come from auction estates.
