good afternoon/evening cheerleaders!!

i hope everyone had a nice weekend!!!

i had my first experience ever at a maggie moo's...has anyone tried this place before? it's amazing!!! but it was so very hard deciding what to get!!

i think that i need to start my workout routine again...about 2 years ago, my friend got me started on tae bo. it was hard, but fun. i lost about 30 pounds by working out and watching what i ate. well, i've been under lots and lots of stress over the last year and have noticed that my weight has crept back up.

it's time to break out the tae bo dvd again...wish me luck!! i'm planning my first "torture session" this evening...i'm so not looking forward to it...but i know that it works! so maybe by summer of next year, i'll be down in my weight and won't feel so self conscious in a bathing suit!! well, we'll see...

have a good evening cheerleaders...if i can move come tomorrow, i'll let you know how it went!

You guys crack me up! MS - Have you tried taking a couple Advil and putting something warm against your ear? It helps me a bunch every time. I've used a warm coffee mug, hot washcloth, heating pad, whatever I could be my hands on. Feel better soon!

Debbie- I NEVER said I was gonna dance on any pianos! That was all Cookie's idea and she is the one who bought me the belly-button blinkie light thingie! I had never seen one 'til she told me about it. I am a good, nice cheerleader!
MS- Hope your ear feels better fast, I've had plenty of ear infections (get them quite regularly still) and know how much they hurt. Try the heat and Advil Ahutton suggested, it reall does seem to help.
