I had another successful trip to CVS tonight. DH just stares at me. I totally baffled him when I handed him the receipt for 6 bags of Tostitos and my total was $.00!

Oh, I was also successful at the pharmacy my OB told me carried the B-natal things. I got a box of the lozenges.

I'm freaking out here. Dh left with ds12 over an hour ago-headed to the emergency room. He is SCREAMING with his ear. Not just crying-in agony. We tried to call dh's cousin, the np, but never got her, so he took off with him. I felt so bad-I couldn't do anything to stop his pain. Dd10 is at a sleepover, so Katie and I are here waiting......

I am so sorry! I hope he's going to be ok. There is nothing harder in this world than seeing your child in pain.

Hope he's feeling better soon! It's not fun having to wait alone, but at least Katie can help make the time go by quickly.

They are home, and ds12 is in the bed. They gave him a shot for the pain. The ear infection is just so bad they said it would take several days for the meds to start working. Poor baby was in so much pain.....

oh gosh!! Poor baby! there really is nothing worse then having your baby in pain. No mater how old they are, they will always be our babies! I hope he feels better really soon.

He was able to sleep until 3:30, then woke up crying. I took him so Advil (I'm picking up a prescription pain med later this morning), and snuggled with him for about an hour. He always did snuggle good.Then he slept until after 9. He says he is better this morning.

So I spent a chunk of the day yesterday roasting butternut squash and sweet potatoes. I pureed the squash and added bm to it. I'm planning to freeze it into ice cube trays. So DH gets home and I say lets give her her first real food.

So we get all set and DH gets the camera. I put a little in her mouth and she looks at me like ***!!!! just grimacing and wincing...starts gagging and throws up!! Lily hardly ever spits up, let alone throws up. I was laughing my butt off. She wanted to nurse right after...either to get the taste out of her mouth or make sure it was still there. I'll put the video up on facebook.

I'm still going to freeze it and hope for a better outcome with the sweet potatoes.

I can't believe our little one has 2 more teeth coming in. Now he's got 4 top teeth and 2 bottom!

Wow, that is alot of teeth. DD has not cut one yet. They are there her gums are swollen, and the dr. checked at her visit last week.

She had her six month exam. 17 lbs 10oz and 27 1/2 inches long. she got three shots and goes back the beginning of March for her H1N1.

Has anyone else seen the new baby yogart called 'Little Blenders'? It is yogart with fruit and veggies in it. I bought DD the apple and butternut squash one and she loves it. They also had strawberry carrot, and banana sweet potato. I thought this was a great idea throwing some veggies in there as well.

Boy, all of our babies are growing so quickly....it seems like yesterday we all just found out we were expecting.

I used to give the boys the Yo-Baby yogurt. I hadn't heard of this kind though. I'll have to check it out, thanks!!!

I haven't seen any of the yogurt with fruit and veggies. Katie loves the Gerber fruit flavored yogurt. It doesn't have to be refrigerated until open, so easy to take along with us. Walmart has started carrying Sam's Choice fruit/veggie blends babyfood that she really likes. She'd rather just have whatever I'm eating, though. I made home-made biscuits last night, and she inhaled them!

Ds12 is so much better today. I hope we can all get back to school tomorrow.

And I don't think Katie is ever going to get a tooth!

It is so funny all this talk about teeth. We have been talking about Natalie's teeth all weekend. She has 2 bottom teeth and her top ones will be here soon. She loves to chew on her burp cloths right now and wash cloths as well.

I suspect she'll be heading our way when she gets released... she had a c-section so I'm not sure how long she might be in there.
Those that are my Facebook friends would see it on my wall so I figure she won't mind my sharing with you guys.

I didn't get to see Lucas until he already resembled an alien so I'm excited to see a little one!!

Oh, and to get a due date!
I see my OB on Tuesday and I do plan to ask her if she'll schedule a c-section at 39 or 40 weeks. I figure she probably has preference for scheduled c-sections so she can probably give me an answer now.
