how did you get guranteed non smoking ?
I want that.

We got guaranteed non-smoking due to medical reasons. We've always been given guaranteed non-smoking by Disney reservations but this is the first time it actually states it in our confirmation. It has always been in the "hidden" notes before.

Just called and paid in full (well, by visa that is ;) ) for our 9/25-10/2 WL adventure!!! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: I guess that makes it TOTALLY official! I am so excited I can hardly stand it (I believe we are at 60 days out today). I requested an inner courtyard, 4th or 5th floor. What do you experienced WLers think?? Good request?

I'm still workin' on it. My balance is down to $680. I had to pay for 8 nights Courtyard View, (3) MVMCP tickets and (3) Annual Passes. Not exactly easy! It will be paid for long before we leave at the end of Nov. though. I can't wait. I can't imagine taking a trip like this and NOT pre-paying for it. How can one enjoy his/her vacation knowing that that HUGE bill is waiting for them at the end? :confused3

Actually, I can speak from knowledge on this because DH is a mortgage broker.... MANY MANY people do it...all the time (part of what keeps him in business)! Fortunately, for us, DH as a result is a fanatic about paying off those credit cards :thumbsup2 We decided to get the Disney Visa to take advantage of the 6 month 0% finance charge offer. We'll have our trip paid off well before the 6 months.

I'll celebrate along with you!!! :dance3: We just paid off our trip yesterday and are so excited! We'll be there for the first time 9/30 - 10/8. This is a dream come true for us! :cloud9:

Just a quick note, heading out to go shopping. I will write more later.

As of 5pm last night (7/28) the Club Level of the Wilderness Lodge was opened for business again after the renovations. Although the CM's were extremely busy, they were gracious enough to let us come upstairs and take a look around. I have to say the CM's on the Club Level are the "best"!!!

We were able to get a peak at one of the "bunk bed rooms". They are the same as on other floors. We did take pictures. Will post after we come back this afternoon.

The SouthWing was open for guests who started arriving shortly after 5pm. They were putting the last minute touches on the NorthWing (which as still closed. We saw them bringing the artwork back into the Honeymoon Suites. We were told that the VP and Pres Suites were almost completed, just needed a few last minute touches.

The place is beautiful!!!!

We had a wonderful dinner at Artist Point (highly recommend it). We took pictures of that also.

Have a great Saturday!!!! :)

It makes me so nervous if it's not paid off well ahead. I have Oct. and Nov. paid off. December is half paid off (but it's my half!) so now we just have to send the rest for that.

We will be in a CL room in early October celebrating our 35th anniversary. I was hoping they would put a few extra touches in the CL rooms but I will be happy in any CL room!

Tell us more please!

Thanks for your help. We just got back and loved our stay at VWL. The buses are definitely faster to MK than the boats.

We'll be going in November in a large group...16 of us!!! My immediate family is the only one that has ever stayed at the WL before. Will the rehab be finished by then (or is it already)?
Michele

The rehab is just about done! :cool1: Looking forward to staying in a new room next monthe

im dying for the pics !! LOL
i hope you guys had a great dinner? You were eating at artist point right?

Today I wondered why I wasn't getting notified of new posts here. I'm still subscribed to the thread (of course) but I guess it's been a while since I stopped by. Hello everyone! Nice to see so much new traffic here. New WL lovers just like me. Heh!

Ooooohhh I can't wait to see what the suites look like! :)

Make sure ya share the pics with me eh? You know I have a place to put em!

Looking forward to my return to WL sometime in December if all goes well.
