I can't leave my car? I guess I assumed I could if I was staying on-site. Thanks!!

You can leave your car at the resort you are staying at, but when you go to another resort for dinner, shopping, etc. you are only given a pass that allows you to park there for 3 hours.

Can someone who knows the lay of the land at Wilderness Lodge help me please. How is the concierge level set up. I just switched from a standard to a deluxe room at club level .When I asked the disney reservationist if there are any deluxe rooms on the same floor as the concierge lounge she told me that first of all there is no 7th floor and then she told me that only the presidential and the other suite was on the top floor. So when I see balcony pics with 7057 and such is that really the 6th floor? Are there any rooms on the same floor as the concierge lounge?:confused3 I was surprised to hear that there was not a 7th floor. What and where exactly is the coneicerge level and are there any deluxe rooms on that floor I guess is the question in a nut shell. I am so sorry if this is confusing but I am soooo confused myself:upsidedow
If anyone can help I would greatly greatly appreciate it!!! Thanks

The Pres and VP suite are on the 6th floor as well as the concierge lounge. Unless they have converted the rooms on the 6th I think thatthey are all club level rooms.

First the Cast Member was incorrect the Concierge Club Level is located on the 7th floor of the Lodge the standard club rooms and Suites are located on the 7th floor. Until this year the Deluxe rooms (that sleep 6) where not included on the concierge level. Your Deluxe room will not be located on the 7th floor but you will have access to the 7th floor via your room key, so you will be able to enjoy all the offerings. I have posted the information about the Deluxe rooms that I have posted on the first page of this thread.

DELUXE-TWO QUEEN BEDS & ONE SOFA BED
The Deluxe rooms have now been upgraded to Club Level (Concierge) they sleeps 6. The Deluxe Guest Room has a sitting area separated from the bedroom by french doors, additional television, refrigerator with ice machine, coffeemaker, and wet bar.

There are actually 25 "Deluxe Rooms" (Junior Suites) They are 1000, 1003, 1166, 1169, 2000, 2003, 2123, 2166, 2169, 3000, 3003, 3123, 3166, 3169, 4000, 4003, 4123, 4166, 4169, 5000, 5003, 5123, 5166, 5169 and 6123.

Rooms X000 are the rooms in the North wing that are at the very end of the hall on the left corner, Contemporary side they are Lake/tree view, X003 are the 2 doors down on the right corner with a pool/lake/tree view rooms X123 are halfway down the south wing in the left corner overlooking the pool/lake/geyser. Room X166 is the room at the far end of the south wing on the left corner with a lake view and rooms X169 are 2 doors down on the right corner also with a lake view. Rooms 2123, 3123, 1166, 1169, 2166, and 2169 have "dormer balconies, due to the design of the building these rooms have brick on the balcony railing so you can not see out unless you are standing up (if you sit you see brick), just FYI.

Also from page 1 there is a link of the room locations at the Lodge

Thank you so much. That totally clears it up for me. I am so glad you wrote me back. I think we are going to change back to a standard room because we wanted to be on the same floor as the lounge. (We are looking foward to waking up and going right down the hall to get coffee and such)
Thanks again for your quick response--you are always so helpful!!!!!!

I had to look back at my Pres suite thread.... I stand corrected.

We leave in 19 days. I can't wait! Our first time at the WL. By the way, we will be checking in early around 9am to get our tickets and then go to AK. Would you experts suggest driving our car to AK or taking the bus? We won't be able to unload the car in the morning since I'm sure our room will not be ready yet.

Hi, I wanted to respond to this. I think taking the bus vs. taking your car depends on how patient your family is. We only took the bus once, to Epcot, we had about a 5 min wait for the bus but it took us a half hour to get there after stopping at Ft. W. The bus also got very full and a lot of people had to stand. After that time we drove our car because it was so much more convenient for us. We did take the boat to the MK several times because we loved it and it would be silly to drive there and have to park at the TTC. I personally think driving is the way to go.

Hi, Could anyone tell me if there are bunkbed rooms with a courtyard view in the north A wing that overlooks the springs? I would like to request this on our reservation but I'm not sure if all the bunkbed rooms are only in one location. We will be there from Jan 18-27th.
