Sam went to one class today. Will pick her up at nine. She looked great this am but I can tell she is wiped. She HAD to go to her IB math class. If you miss one day its like missing two because of the schedule. I'm baaaaaaaack!

Whew...that was a pretty long hiatus...actually PIE-atus is more like it considering how much I ingested over the holidays!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy New Year and any other holiday, festival, celebration or gathering you experienced during the past few weeks. I really enjoyed having two weeks off work. At first I didn't know what to do with myself but, somehow, I made it through.

Please excuse my ignorance as to the state of Tagliarchy current events. I do have about 30 pages to catch up on. Obviously I found the new home. Looks nice. I'm guessing Tigger Fans! helped decorate because there seems to be an overabundance of purple! No offense, but I wouldn't trust you if we were neighbors and were Trading Spaces! And I see Bichon Barb has temporarily assumed the role of Official Tagliarchy Debate Board Representative in my absence. Can't think of anyone more qualified.

Great news (at least for me )...WE'RE GOING TO DISNEY!!! I had told you all that we may have the chance, and we do, so we're taking advantage of it. Not only that but we get to stay at Pop Century! And for only $55 a night!!!

We'll be leaving next Monday afternoon, will stay overnight when we get to Valdosta, GA, and then continue on in the morning. Then we'll be there for five nights! Woohoo!

Well, I'll post more later. I sure missed everyone. Hi to all the new members! We sure are getting to be an even more colorful group!

Whew! Seems like I've been awake forever! It's snowing again and since DH and DS are gone for the day I got to do the <img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_6_17.gif' border=0>....man, I need a nap! Buckleybunch – It’s only about 60 here (Florida) today…but it Has been almost 80!! It’s GREAT. I moved a year ago from Washington State where my friend informed me that it is -20 (!!!) today!

Ibouncetoo – What a wonderful story!! Please tell us more!

HuggaBaloo – What deal did you get for 55$?? We stayed at the other All-Star resorts a couple times for 50, but that was a military thing that is over now.

I can’t wait until I’m back in the real Reserves so I can sit at a computer all day instead of having to run around!! I want to play on here more!

Congrats on your upcoming trip to WDW and what a great deal! I'd like to hear how you got that rate, BECAUSE I might get an emergency visit to WDW also! If I achieve a certain weight loss goal this spring, I get a long weekend at the world! I have one day left on my park hopper from my November trip, so I HAVE to go back and use it...right? (Good thing the only chocolate I'm eating is cyber-chocolate!)

DS (Josh) had a swimming lesson this morning (he is really getting good, should be ready for the water parks by October-even though he won't be big enough for most of the slides). After swim class we headed to the grocery store . A marathon trip! Back home now, getting ready to watch General Hospital.

Hey everybody!

Took Ella and Holly to the doctor this morning. Ella for 1 yr old check-up and Holly to have her ear infection checked on. Both are healthy as can be! Oh, and the doctor says Ella isn't crazy, just a very busy baby and I should just baby-proof the house and let her be.

Good to hear from you Huggabaloo. Hope you have super fun at WDW.

New question: What is your favorite current TV program AND do you watch any soaps? (stories, as DH's grandma would say) Please answer me or I feel silly asking.

Mine are: Friends, Survivor, Everybody Loves Raymond and Funniest Home Videos. AND my soap which I have watched since I was 12 and gave birth to my second child while watching is General Hospital. I used to never, ever miss a day. Then I came to the DIS...............

Well folks, I changed my countdown clock! I guess it is official. We will be putting our trip off until October. I'm kinda sad, but I think it makes more sense for us to go in October. I must start saving now!!! DH & I are going to Rochester NY for a wedding in May & I need to buy tickets soon. We have never left DS or DD overnight, so I am a little freaked out about leaving for a whole weekend. I suggested to DH that we fly separately, but he thinks I'm nuts .

As for the question at hand, why yes, I watch quite a bit of TV (too much I'm sure, but who cares??), here are some of my favorites:

Arrested Development (if you haven't seen it, check it out-it is hysterical!!), Fear Factor, Las Vegas, That 70's show, The O.C. (cheesy? yes; can I turn it off? NO!), Survivor, Friends, Scrubs, Joan of Arcadia, Seinfeld reruns. And yes, I do watch soaps: General Hospital being my soap of choice, but I also keep up with (but don't watch everyday) All My Children, One Life to Live, & Days of Our Lives. BTW, I don't subject my children to this trash, we have Soapnet & I usually watch the marathons while I'm at work on Saturday & Sunday. Oh, I almost forgot!!! I also watch Amazing Race. I can't wait for the next one.
