Almost forgot. If doing the Restaurant.com GC, maybe go to www.ebates.com and save an additional 15% (off the final purchase price) cash rebate. I always check Ebates and Bing for every purchase I make online, using which ever is better or available, has saved me many $100's over the years.

Well, we were going to split the WDW portion of our June 2011 stay btw AKL CL and the Dolphin. AKL has been our all time favorite resort, but we stayed at the Swan last year and fell in love with the Epcot resort area. DH and DS had a talk and BOTH of them told me that they wanted to dump the AKL CL stay (and the Sunrise Safari!) and extend our stay at the Dolphin! So we are now staying 11 nts. at the Dolphin! I never thought I would be ok with giving up the AKL CL, but I am very excited to stay at the Dolphin. We will still take a day to visit AKL and dine at Boma, but we cannot beat the price, amenities and location of the S/D.

WoW, is my computer messed up, but only with DIS and one other website for some reason.

Anyway - I'm back AGAIN! 4 weeks from tomorrow I'm heading for the Dolphin. It just hit me yesterday! Only 4 more student days and 11 more teacher days.

AND...S/D for Thanksgiving might be looking better only b/c it looks like I'm being turned down for a day off w/o pay for our Mexico trip. If I do, I might have to console myself and the boys with a trip to Disney!

I've started the diet and 4 weeks of no alcohol. Boy am I going to enjoy that espresso martini, banana bread pudding, and now I'm going to have to try the raspberry daiquiri!

We are staying off site, but we are with a group staying at the Dolphin. Can I drive to the dolphin, and go with the group to EPCOT? I know there is fee to park for guests. What about non guests? Willing to pay what ever fee as long as my car is ok to park there all day.

Wow - thanks for the restaurants.com heads up - I got the Shulas and Garden Grove ones! It was only $4 so I figured it was a safe gamble. I also got one for the week we are at Vero for the Riverside. I am always leery of sounds to good to be true offers but for the minimal investment I thought we'd give it a try!!!

4 weeks from Thursday for us!!! I know what you mean about cutting back to shed a few pounds for the next 4 weeks!

Thanks for the info! I pickied up a few for GG. My Dh wants to try the BBQ dinner buffet and I really want to try that almond crusted french toast! I am gonna check the menus on the other restaurants available to see if we will be dining there and then order a few more!

I just wish we were going sooner than December I am so looking forward to our Dolphin stay!

I think your DH is going to win this one-the GC is for dinner, only. I had really hoped to use it for the breakfast buffet.

It has been since 2006 since our last visit. Is there wi-fi (wireless not Ethernet) in all the rooms at the Dolphin? I think at my last visit I had to use a cable for my laptop.
DH just got a wi-fi iPad and we were going to bring it if there is wireless in the rooms - anyone use an iPad or iPod Touch there with wi-fi? Thanks!!

I didn't think there was - I wish there was though! I was considering bringing a wireless router along. Ten nights is a long time for no wifi! Lol!
