Rich, do you by chance know which manager you spoke to? I just called, and they are not budging on the 1-night cancellation fee for me. Even after I told them what they did for youI kind of didn't expect them to, but wow, it would be nice not to have to pay it!
Now that I'm reading people's posts, I hope I'm not being charged a fee. He led me to believe there would not be a penalty. At this point I don't want to give any names, in case someone did something they weren't supposed too. I will be watching for my refund. I'm sorry.

EDIT TO ADD: My full refund hit my statement today...I'm happy, I'm sorry though, I don't want to cause problems for the guy if he went above and beyond, and did something he wasn't suppossed to do. I'm not a mean person, but I don't want to ruffle feathers, PLEASE UNDERSTAND.......I guess I got very lucky!
