my sister wanted to go see a movie tonight.
she's 18 and thinks she can do what she wants...
our nanny put her foot down and threatened her life if she went out.
it was a funny conversation.
"I'm goin' out tonight Nanny, to see a movie."
"Excuse me? No your not."
"Yes I am, I'm 18 I can do what I want."
"Some drunk will hit you, rob you, or rape you. You're NOT going."
"I'll be with people."
"That doesn't matter, they can't be with you all the time."
"Actually they can." (attitude here)
"Well, if you want to be with people stay here. Go out tomorrow."
"I want to go out for the last time this year. *Grabs coat, keys, purse*"
"You, are, not, going."
*Heads towards door*
"One step out that door, your dead. I'm not kidding either. I have a drawer full of knifes, and I have a gun in the bedroom"
*Turns around, puts her stuff up. Sits down.* "So, Nanny, how are you?"
